(Y/n) walked back a forth silently freaking out while her sister; Kushina watched her sipping tea every now and then waiting for (Y/n) to come back down to earth, "Why are you staring at me!" She yelled at Kushina once she saw her blankly sitting there
"Waiting for you." She replied,patting the chair next to her, (Y/n) sat down slightly shaking while staring at the table
"Take a deep breath." Kushina whispered holding her young sister close. As the two sister sat in silent (Y/n)'s mind starting to relax and calming down
"How are you going to tell Minato?" Kushina asked pulling away from the hug
"I don't know, maybe just tell him straight out."
(Y/n) sighed out.

(Y/n) started getting ready for bed alone once again, laying in bed and looking at the ceiling she set her hand on top of her stomach and tried to get some rest. Minato quietly entered the home he shared with his wife; (Y/n),not wanting to wake her.
Entering their bedroom he saw the silhouette of
(Y/n)'s body, after getting out of the shower and cleaning his ear he saw a box in the trash, he tried to swallow but his mouth and throat went dry.
"(Y/n)......(Y/n)." Minato whispered trying to wake up his wife at 2:15 am
"Hmm...Minato...what time is it." (Y/n) asked half asleep
"Is Kushina pregnant?" He asked curiosity laced in his voice
"No ...I am." She said and went back to sleep
A smile appeared on his face as he looked at his wife happiness running through him.

Ｓａｋｕｒａ
(Y/n) sat on the floor of the bathroom, she was slightly scared and excited to be pregnant once again
"(Y/n), are you okay? What does it say?" Her husband; Kizashi yelled/asked through the door
(Y/n) was thinking about letting him in or not, her body unlock the door and before she could re-lock it Kizashi enter the bathroom and held his wife holding her closer
"It's okay, will try again another time." He said trying to comfort her thinking it was bad news
"I'm pregnant, but I'm scared." She cried into his shoulder worried for the future of their baby.

Ｓａｓｕｋｅ
(Y/n) cried in the bathroom, happy to have another little baby, after a little while (Y/n) cleaned herself up and straight her appearance before exiting the bathroom.

Throughout the day she couldn't wait for her husband and son to come to tell them the news of another member of the family. As the day slowly turned to night (Y/n) was nervous on how Fugaku would react to another baby, he had Itachi his first born son, yes Itachi was a prodigy making his father proud and maybe he would want the same thing to come with this child, shaking away an negative thought before greeting them at the door
"Welcome home, I have exciting news." She said making the two males look at her, Itachi with curiosity while Fugaku stared at her holding his breath, "I'm pregnant." She announced,
Itachi smiling while Fugaku showed a small smile towards his wife giving her a kiss as he walks by.

(Y/n) hid in the shadows of the forest waiting for the signal from the captain of the squad
"(Y/n), when this is over... do you want to maybe get married." Her long term boyfriend/teammate asked out of the blue (Y/n) was surprised at his question yet relief "I'm glad you want to because I have something to—." Before she could complete her sentence the signal rang out
"Tell me later, let's complete this mission." He said jumping down from the tree she followed soon after.

The darkness surrounded her, the emptiness in her heart was painful yet numb at the same time, her eyes blood shot from the countless times she cried
"Why did you leave, you should have hold on."
(Y/n) mumbled her body feeling to heavy to move but yet her body jumped out of bed and ran towards the bathroom dry heaving into the sink only the acid from her stomach mixed with saliva came out making her look into the mirror seeing herself for the first time since the mission
'I look terrible, he wouldn't want to see me this way.' She thought to herself looking over her face and body 'I've let myself go.' She thought looking over her body and thinking about how she had eat to deal with her feelings even when she wasn't hungry.
Letting the water travel through her hair onto her shoulder leaving steams of water to follow, washing her body and letting her hands go towards her stomach she felt it having memories
"(Y/n), when this is over... do you want to maybe get married."
These words were the only words she wants to remember yet
"I'm glad you want to because I have something to—."
"I'm pregnant." She whispered staring at the tile wall not knowing if she was crying or if it was the water.
