A/N: Please read.

I wanted to thank all the people that are still reading this story. The ones that have stayed. The reason I had not been updating as quickly was because I am in college now and it's a little hard to find time to post. Also, I struggle with depression and it is sometimes hard for me to find the motivation to write, or do anything really. I will try to update more often, but I'm not sure if this story will be continued for very long. I haven't decided yet, so it's up in the air. But please leave comments on what you think of my story, they all mean very very much to me and are usually what motivates me to write.

Sorry for being so serious about all this. I just felt that I should let you guys know. Love always Lexi<3

I woke up still sore from last night. All I had gotten were a few punches, so it wasn't as bad as usual. I got ready for school, happy that it was Thursday. Suddenly the doorbell rang. As I made my way downstairs I wondered who it was. I usually took the bus to school. I opened the door to see Zach. "What are you doing here?" I asked him with an eyebrow raised.

"I'm here to pick you up obviously." He chuckled. "Go get your stuff so we can go." I shook my head as I headed back to my room to get my stuff. I jogged down the stairs with my backpack on my back. Zach was waiting at the door, his hands in his pockets. I stopped where I was a looked at him. I never really have before. His brown hair was shaggy and his light brown eyes were the most beautiful shade of light brown. He was taller than me but shorter than Nate. He was an attractive guy but not as handsome as Nate.

I sighed as we walked out, Zach's back to me. He peeked at me over his shoulder and the sun caught his iris in the most beautiful way. It made his eyes mesmerizing. "What's up Jewels?" I shook my head and smiled at him. We got in his car. "Hey Di." I heard from the back seat. I smiled back at Mike. I buckled my seat belt as Zach pulled away from the curb. Gazing out the window, I tuned out Zach and Mike's conversation. It confused me as to why Zach came to pick me up. He never did. Ever. "Jewels!" I jumped a bit surprised at the outburst.

"What?" I looked over to Zach. He was glancing at me out of the corner of his eye with his eyebrow raised.

"I was saying that I needed to talk to you before class." He sighed looking back at the road.

"Ok." I sighed, getting a weird feeling of anticipation and anxiety in my stomach. Looking back out the window I noticed we were pulling into the parking lot of the school. I checked the time on my phone and saw that we still had twenty or so minutes before first period. Zach parked the car and we all made our way into the school. Mike looped his arm through mine, looking at me with the slightest bit of concern in his eyes.

"Well I would love to stay but I have things to do, people to see." Mike laughed and walked away almost as soon as we entered the doors of the school, leaving me alone with Zach. We walked in silence to my locker. Zach had his hands in his pockets and I had mine clasped in front of me nervous about whatever Zach had to say. It felt like it had taken months to get to my locker with the heavy atmosphere between us. I opened my locker as he leaned against the ones next to it. He still had his hands in his pockets and looked pretty calm. I gave him a once over starting with his jeans, which were faded and looked really nice on him. He was wearing a plain dark blue V-neck. I noticed the muscles on him for what felt like the first time. He was muscular but not in an overbearing kind of way. His arms looked really good. I had never taken the time to notice these things about him. Just how much has he grown since I've known him? I asked myself. Finally I dragged my eyes up to his face. His jaw was strong; his lips were pink, somehow full and thin at the same time. For a second I had a brief thought of what it would be like to kiss him but quickly shook it out of my head. I let my eyes continue up his face only to find a pair of brown eyes staring right back. Zach had always had the prettiest brown eyes that I had ever seen and right now there was an emotion that I couldn't quite place running through them.
