Tears and sweat, that's what I woke up to. A jolt of fear and terror. Nightmare... It was just a nightmare. But what if- No stop.
I get out of bed in my oversized Boom shirt and walk in the dark towards the door. I just have to check. I open the door and walk across the hall holding onto my necklace. I knock on whoever's door it is gently, afraid to disturb someone. No answer. I knock again a tiny bit harder and I hear movement in the room. The door opens and the Pika looks around before looking down at me. He sees my fearful and fragile state and bends down. "Would you like to come in?"
"W-Where is Boom" He looked nervous,
"He is asleep in his room, I don't want to make him mad by waking him up." He said rubbing his neck. Tears threatened to spill making the blonde look even more nervous. "Hey! It's ok don't cry!! I'm guessing you had a nightmare?" I nod my head and he goes to hug me but hesitates. I step a little closer and he pulls me to him gently, he stands up holding me and walks into his room closing the door behind him. (Don't know if the next part is cannon but anywayyy) He starts humming and whispering sweet nothing into my ear as he sways back and forth. Before I know it we are sitting on his bed, me sitting sideways in his lap with my head on his chest. His heartbeat didn't calm me as much as Boom's does but it did calm me.
I ended up falling asleep on his chest with my nose nestled deep into him and my arms hanging loosely around him.
