Sickness

It's been a few weeks sense my mom had gotten sick and today we are going to the doctors to see what it is, as I grab the keys to the car I help my mom up and we walk out and to the car, I put her in the passenger as I get into the driver seat  and head to the clinic "mama how r u feeling" I ask before we walk in "like shit" she says to me and I laugh "ok well that's why we are here, there going fix you right up" I say to her as we walk in, when we walk in I sit my mom down and grab a wheelchair for her and we head to the front desk "name?" The front desk lady asked "Janet law" my mom say to her "fill these papers out and we will get right with you" she says hading my mom a clipboard. About 25 minutes later my mom finished the paper work and she hands it back to the desk lady, about 15 minutes later the doctor calls us back "so what seems to me the problem mis law" the doctor says "umm I've been pretty sick these past few weeks, throwing up, headaches, feeling weak , shivering." My mom names off the symptoms "ok we need to take some of your blood to test it and I need to take some of ur pee make sure it's nothing to serious, but it just sounds like you have the flu" the doctor say to her "ok sounds good" my mom exclaims, the doctor walk out after that "I might just have the flu I would have been better in a couple days I didn't need to come here" my mom says to me "ahh-ahh I he said might, we still don't know for sure" I say back to her, abt 25 minutes later the doctor comes back with the stuff he need to give her a shot "just the flu?" I asked her as the doctor left "just the flu" she reassured me, "I'm scared mama what if it's something more" I asked her "it's not my baby it just the flu" she said to me [after that we hugged and it talked abt an hour for the results] the doctor walks in, I feel like I was more worried then her, when he walk in he look a sad "hi guys, can you walk out of the room really quickly" the doctor says to me, I look over at my mom  she didn't say anything she just nodded her head, now she look scared not worried scared, I walked out of the room close if it behind me, I need fresh air so I walk outside and I stayed out there until I hear the doors open I look to see who's behind me and it my mom "hey mama what did he say?" I asked her "we will talk when we get home" is all she says to me, she couldn't even look at me, I felt the color drain from my face I chocked up and stayed silent that was until we got home, when we got home my mom closed the door and she look at me staying silent, I look at her "so what did he say?" I asked her "well it wasn't the flu" she says almost crying "what is it mama?" I asked her "the reason why I've been feeling weak is because there's a problem with my immune system" she says to me, I felt a hot tear fall down my face, I could say anything all I did was go over to here and hold her in my arms "I'm sorry mama no matter what happens I'll be here" I say to her "come on go roll a blunt I wanna smoke" she said to me "okay mama" I say as I walk to my room, I hear a knock at my window when I pulled out my box, I go over to my window and I open it and see cj, I roll my eyes and open the window "heyyy it's been like a week" he says to me "yea not long enough" I say to him in a sarcastic voice "whoa there's still a lot in here you haven't been smoking" he says to me "no just haven't been in the mood to smoke ig" I say to him "ohh makes sense" he says to me "wanna smoke with me and my mom" I asked him "yea sure" he said back to me, I grind some weed and put it in a white owl shell then take it to the living room where I found mama on the couch looking lost and broken, I walk over to her and whispered in her ear "it's ready cjs going to smoke with us please don't tell him anything" I say to her as nice as I can sound, she looks at me smiles and nods "thank you" I whispered and kissed her forehead and sat down I looked over at cj smiling "r u gonna keep standing there smilingly come sit down to smoke?" I asked him laughing a little bit,  He shook his head and chuckled "oh yea I'm coming"  he said walking over and sitting in the couch, I hand the blunt and lighter to mama and she sparks it I grab the remote and put on Rick and Morty/ (or sponge-bob with ever you prefer)  as I was watching it mama passed me the blunt and I hit it, it hit like a soo good, I passed it to cj and watched the show, I look over at cj and he hands my mom the blunt, I look over at cj "what r u thinking abt?" He asked "o-oh nothing" I say snapping out of my daze  and looking over at him "ok I'm here you can talk to me I hope you know that" he says to me with a warm smile after the smoke sash we go back to me room, but not before kissing my mom on her forehead and saying I love you to her.
"So what do you wanna do?" I asked him "let's go to the roof" he says "okay let's go" I say to him as he crawls out of my window as I do that same, we clime the stairs until we reach the top, the sun we setting and we just looked at it taking it in "so what now?" He asked "let's talk a bit" I say back to him, after that we talked the rest of the night until morning on the roof.
