     Kiyomi's parents finished tailoring her socks and haori.

  They sure are overprotective...

  The haori her father made was a bit oversized. The sleeves went past her arms, and the bottom of the haori was to the knees. But the design was pretty. The color was a light blue with a white stripe on the bottom, there were also different sizes of snowflakes all over. Her socks were white and had a light blue strip on the top.

  "Haha! Might as well be called Snowflake!", Kiyomi proudly stated.

  "Hahaha, our little snowflake.", Her mother chuckled.

  "Caw! First mission for Snowflake! Head north! Children have gone missing every night! Head north for Snowflake!", Her white crow, on which she named Snow, reported.

  "Okay! Thank you, Snow! Bye mother! Bye father!", Kiyomi kissed her parents' cheeks and waved goodbye as they waved back.

  "Be safe!"

  "I will!"

     "Is this the place, Snow?", Kiyomi said, earning a nod from Snow.

   They arrived at a mountain with a peaceful house and a pond beside the house.

    Then, a tune was played inside a house.

   'What is that sound? This wasn't in the anime... Hm.. It's.. kinda... relaxing...', Kiyomi thought, suddenly feeling drowsy. Her crow kept poking her gently to try and get her to snap out of it.

   'No! I shouldn't fall for this trap!', Kiyomi slapped her cheeks and ran in the house.

  "Are you my daughter?", The demon inside spoke softly.

  It was a lady demon with tearful eyes and had a 'lower five' written on her eyes. She was also wearing a worn out kimono and holding a flute.

  "No..? I am not your daughter.", Kiyomi said as she tilted her head in confusion.

  "If you aren't my daughter, then you must be an intruder. Die.", The demon played her flute again and skeletons appeared.

   "Eek! What are those?! Skeletons?!?!", Kiyomi screeched and gripped the handle of her sword tightly without unsheathing it.

   The skeletons started to run towards Kiyomi and tried to slash her with their very sharp nails. She got scratched on the arm which made her stumble in surprise.

   "Snowy! Get out of here, now! I'll handle thi-", Kiyomi shouted before coughing out blood.

  "Caw!! Snowflake! Be careful! Be careful!!", Snow didn't listen to her warnings and flew to her head to look at her wounds.

   "I'm okay! Just run!", Kiyomi shook her head in assurance. Snow finally complied and flew outside.

  "Breath of Winter, Third form: Snowflake shuricanes", Kiyomi swung her sword with a gentle swing and snowflakes appeared and attacked the skeletons.

    "I-is that all you got?!", Kiyomi yelled, panting.

   "No. But it's all you got to die. My minions have poison in their nails and it appears you got scratched. That means you will slowly die.", The demon smirked.

   'P-p-poison?!?! Oh no oh no oh no oh no! I'm gonna die!!', Kiyomi thought and held her neck. (I mean- I'd also panic if I got poisoned)

  'Calm down, Mimi... Calm... Down...', She fixed her composture and breathed slowly before attacking.
