Something Unexpected

I wake up and look out of the window. I see something glowing. From far it looked like it was blue...Wait. My mind finally catches up to me and I notice it looks just like...THE FOUNTAIN GIRL!?!? I quickly get out of my apartment, not bothering to wake up Laine and run towards The Fountain Girl. "FOUNTAIN GIRL WHAT IN CARNATION ARE YOU DOING?!?" I say loudly so she can hear but not too loud to wake up everyone. I see a bag in her hand and a strange glow coming from it. "Wait...are those the missing HALOS?" You say to her. She says "Okay, nice job you got me." You ask her why she is taking the halos. She says "You know how everyone is so greedy about these halos? Well I couldn't bear the thought of what is supposed to be a sign of my loving kindness to a greedy item EVERYONE wants. I just thought that I should take the halos away and let everyone calm down about the halos." You say "That's a good idea, but everyone is causing even MORE chaos. AND they are starting fights which I think don't end up well." She gasps noticing the chaos she is causing. The Fountain Girl says that she is truly sorry, but she doesn't want people so greedy about these halo. This might be a problem. 

You think for what seems like an eternity before you come up with an idea. "I know!" You say, "What if we give everyone a halo!" She looks at you with confusion. "I don't know...halos are for lucky people not greedy people." "Then I don't know! I think giving everyone a halo is fine." You say angrily. "Fine let's give these halos back and make up a spring halo that mostly everyone will get." The fountain girl says. You and the fountain girl trace back all of the steps until you reach your apartment. "Hey! This is my house!" You say happily. "I guess so! Here is your halo, umm what's your name again?" She says. "Oh right! It's Nova." "Well here you go. I'll create the halo and get these back to their rightful owners. Bye Nova!" The fountain girl says before dashing from sight.
