Sadly yet fortunately breaking is essential.
Breaking means reforming, breaking means improving, reshaping into a better us.
We can't imprisoned ourselves on old skins of regrets and dark days, we have to move forward and sometimes going forward means you have to experience getting ruptured and cracked.
