This time I tried the raven method again.
I combined it a little with an ADHD method I came across. (Sorry I forgot who the creator of it was)*******************************************
ADHD method
- play 8D music
- breathe with the tempo and count every breath 1-100
- every 10 seconds say affirmations
- after 100, ask subconscious permission to shift
- pretend to see DR self in the same position as you are right now
-fall asleep and you should wake up in DR
*******************************************Tonight felt easier than yesterday, but I was a lot less tired. It honestly felt more like meditating than falling asleep.
Around 20, I started feeling symptoms (spasms, itchiness and felt like I was floating). After 100, symptoms were very frequent.
After visualizing my DR self for a while, I felt like there was someone touching my right arm, or like there was a gust of wind. Mind you, I'm under my blanket and I don't have a fan.
I think I need to be meditating before-hand so that it's easier to fall asleep.
I don't think I was tired enough to do this, I was visualizing my DR self for like an hour before I actually felt something touching my hand, then jolted myself awake by accident.Again, even though I didn't shift I felt crazy close when something touched my hand. I'm super happy with these results, but maybe next time I need to take a melatonin or something.
