Okay so today I tried the Julia method. I first meditated with subs and then got in a comfy position. I was saying my affirmations and I was like half asleep for three hours.
It was around 12:30 when I started and I would fall asleep and wake back up and continue my affirmations. I honestly didn't feel that many symptoms until like three hours in. I felt someone like poke at my ankle and I got super scared and woke myself up.
I did make some progress but not a lot. I'm not giving up though!! I might try one more time tonight and then I'm going to take a break for a few days. I feel like I might be obsessing over it which is not healthy.
I'm going to try to keep my motivation up, but also try not to get carried away. I believe that I can shift and I also believe that whoever is seeing this can shift!!!
