Time skip -

I'm on Ella's front porch. I knock on her door and wait a little. She opens the door and her smile brightens up. I love her smile. She was wearing her glasses and had her hair in a messy bun, she usually does that when she's either doing school work or cleaning.

"Hey jaden" she says

"Hey" I say walking into the house.

"Where's your mom?" I ask, she told me her dad was on a business trip as usual but I expected her mom to be home

"Oh u-um she's visiting family in texas" she answers

"Ok, so wait you got the house to yourself?" I say

"Yeah pretty much" she says
"Wanna watch a movie?"

"Yeah sure" I say

We go up to her room and sit on her bed. She sits and turns on the tv and puts on our favorite movie (whatever movie you like) 5 minutes into the movie she starts typing something on her laptop.

"Hey why arent you watching the movie?" I say

"uh I just have to finish this essay I have to turn it in by tonight and I am nowhere near done" she says

"Ella I know you like studying and doing school work but you gotta take a break you're always doing something related to school" I say

"I dont like studying I just care about my grades that's all" she says

"Well maybe you should take a break" I sat while taking the laptop out of her hands.
