✔️Fate The Winxs Saga, The Ice Fairy

Part 4- Heavy Mortal Hopes

Bellamy and Juniper were walking back to the Winx Suite when her phone began buzzing. She looked at her screen to see a series of texts from Bloom, it said that there was an emergency; something to do with a Burned one and to meet her at the Stone Circle.

Juniper showed her boyfriend the alarming texts. Bellamy didn't want her to go alone unprotected, so they decided to quickly rush to his apartment in the specialists building to retrieve his armour and weapons. 

Juniper decided it was best to take off her high heels, she told Bellamy it was because she didn't want to break an ankle running through the woods; but truthfully these were brand new and she didn't want to get them dirty.

Soon the two were rushing to the Stone Circle. On their way, they passed Sky and Bloom at the waterfall. The two quickly explained what was going on before the four carried on running.

The couple quickly followed the two into the forest outside the barrier. They ran, following Bloom before coming to a stop.

  "It's so close"-Said Bloom, slightly out of breath.

Juniper wasn't sure how, but Bloom seemed to know where the Burned one was.

Hearing this, Sky and Bellamy unsheathed their swords. The four stood back to back so the monster couldn't creep up on them.

  "How do you know?"-Asked Juniper quietly, her hands held out ready to defend herself.

  "I don't know, it kind of just calls out to me"-whispered Bloom, trying to explain.

The four stood in silence, they tried to listen out for the creature. Then Juniper saw movement in the tree in front of her.

  "In the tree!"-Shouted Juniper, the ice fairy let out a blast of power. However, the Burned one dodged it my jumping off the branch it stood on.

The burned one attacked them sending Bloom falling to the floor. Sky and Bellamy quickly attacked the monster, as Juniper stood in front of Bloom ready to defend her.

The Burned one knocked Sky to the Ground, leaving Juniper to step in and help Bellamy.

Juniper used her powers to freeze the monsters feet to the ground, stopping it from moving its legs. She tried to kill the monster like she did when she saved Bellamys life. However, with Bellamy moving around the Burned one attacking it, it made it difficult for her as she was scared to injure him.

Unable to use her powers to the full extent, the ice fairy sent the powerful blast as she had last time. Only this time it was on a smaller scale. Her magic, struck the burned one on the arm, immediately causing it to freeze and shatter like glass.

Despite only having one arm, the Burned one continued to fight.

  "Close your eyes"-Stella shouted.

The group all did so, allowing the light fairy to let off a blinding flash, momentarily stunning the Burned one.

Opening her eyes, Juniper was glad to see that Stella, Aisha, Musa and Terra had all come to help.

Juniper and Bellamy quickly ran to each other before going to stand with the other fairies and Sky.

The Burned one had quickly recovered, so they began working together to subdue it.
