<Third Person POV>

Kusunoki : Huh? A bomb on the Circular Line?

Sakaguchi : We just received an emergency message from police headquarters.

Kusunoki : Understood. I'll stop the trains immediately and have the carriages checked.

Sakaguchi : No! We can't stop them. Apparently, the bombs will explode if the trains run slower than 60 kilometres per hour after four o'clock.

Kusunoki : What did you say?!?

Everyone in the control room then turn to look at their Chief of Operation, Sakaguchi and Command Centre Chief, Kusunoki in shock with their eyes widen and a horror look on each of their faces. Kusunoki then take out his pocket watch and look at the time in worried.

Kusunoki : It'll be four o'clock in just three minutes....!

Sakaguchi : Instructs all trains to run at 60 kilometres.... No, 70 kilometres per hour right now!

Kusunoki : What about trains that are currently stopped at stations?

Sakaguchi : Have them set off at once!

Kusunoki : What about the trains that are about to stop at the stations?

Sakaguchi : Have them run straight through! We must keep all the trains running non-stop until the bombs are found. Kusunoki-kun!

Kusunoki : U-understood!

Sakaguchi then slam the table with his fist surprising Kusunoki as Kusunoki quickly rush to the speaker and put the line to every train conductor.

Kusunoki : Emergency order! Emergency order! Attention all trains, someone has planted bombs that will explode if your speed drops below 60 km/h. All train are to maintain at 70 km/h. I repeat, someone has planted bombs that will explode if tour speed drops below 60 km/h. All trains are to maintain at 70 km/h!

All the train conductors than raise the trains speed and make an announcement saying that there is an emergency situation. Back at the hospital, Megure receive a call saying that all the train have increases their speed and there's no explosions happen.

Megure : Is that so? I understand....

After that, Megure then cut off the call and put the phone back into his jacket pocket.

Megure : For now, there have been no explosions on any of the trains.

Megure said as everyone in the room heave a relief sigh. Then suddenly Kogorou speak out of nowhere.

Kogorou : I've got it Inspector Megure!

Kogorou : What's that?

The 'X of the XX' he was talking about. It must be 'under the seat' or else 'on the luggage rack'. That's where the bombs are!

Megure : But it could also be ' under the carriage'.

Kogorou : Er.... Well....

Agasa : Come to think of it, Ayumi-kun and her friends were going back to Beika. Wouldn't they have taken the Circular Line from Midoridai Station?

Conan then take out his Detective Boys Badge and connected it to Ayumi-chan badge.

Conan : Ayumi-chan, can you hear me?

Ayumi : Conan-kun! I can hear you!

Conan : Where are you right now?

Ayumi : We're on the Circular Line.
