My POV
Today was the day that we take down those Stupid JV idiots at the playoffs, I honestly hope they lose because they've bullied and treated us wrong like we weren't even welcomed here cause we're freshman's but that's okay. Everything will be fine as long as we beat the Junior Varsity Warriors :)

"Guys, I think I need my inhaler because I'm really nervous." Jenny said having a small panic attack.

I shook my head and took her inhaler from her. "No you don't, your gonna show Riley and those jackasses that we aren't scared of them!" I said putting my hands on her shoulders.

She was thinking for a minute and then smirked just nodding her head. "Yeahh that's right, I don't need it!" Jenny said breaking it even though she really needed it for her asthma.

"Yes atta girl! Show them your a bad bitch." Ariana winked.

"Fasten your seat belts and hold onto your hats, everyone."

"Uhm what if I don't wanna hold on?" I asked trying to joke around with my teammates.

"Oh, do we have a special showdown for you, David verses Goliath in a titanic grudge match."

"If this boy doesn't shut up about David Goliath I swear.." Russ said getting annoyed.

I saw Charlie's Mom have arrived and made her way to the stands to sit down, so I decided to wave at her and she waved back at me with her kind smile.

"The winner can truly say that he is the symbol of Eden Hall."

Also and of course Linda showed up me and her are friends now since I heard Dawyne is dating her now.

"Tonight the Eden Hall Varsity warriors, do battle the Eden Hall freshman ducks. That's right, folks. Look at those uniforms."

Right now I was sad because Hans wasn't here to watch us beat the JV team, gosh why am I crying when the game is about to start I gotta show that punk ass Riley that I'm not weak. When im actually ready to see his lip quivering because he lost; it will be the best reaction of 1996 can't wait to tell my kids this.

Charlie noticed I was sniffling a little because he knows how much I miss Hans. "This is for Hans." Charlie said softly giving me a hug.

I nodded and sniffled wiping my eyes. "Yeah..this is for him.." I said skating out onto the ice following everybody else.

We got on the ice and started circling around behind each other for Hans, I really wish he was here to see this. And tell us how proud he was of us..

Everyone in the stands stood up clapping for us it was pretty obvious that they miss him too.

"It appears they're paying homage to thier departed friend and mentor, Hans. The touching of the ice is a Norwegian symbol of respect."

Now, its Game time! Let's win this shit.

"Come on, hands in." Orion says holding his hand out first.

The ducks and I put our hands in together.

"Quack." Orion said looking at all of us.
