Part 16

Jeongin POV

I went to the classroom and sat down for my seat. I picked up the headphones and played music but even with them I could hear the others. I am irrelevant in this class but that is why hyunjin is a familiar face. Many comments were heard, "probably asleep" "maybe yang knows something" "maybe they quarreled" and many other irrelevant comments. I also heard some comments about me and my face with a bruised bruise, and they mentioned him for it.

The professor entered the classroom and started calling out, when hyunjin didn't answer and he found out he wasn't there everyone looked at me

" jeongin do you know where hyunjin is"

"no miss"

" That boy, always miss the test . You're in luck this time since tests stayed home, today is the time to repeat. Open the textbooks and read the material by yourself"

I already knew everything about the test so I put the headphones back in my ears as soon as he left. Of course no one did what the professor said but I was not interested in the other. The void in front of me is eerie. Usually hyunjin sits in front of me and turns to give me messages or to help him around the test, now his place is empty. I didn’t know how I was feeling at the moment. I don't feel guilty because no one was hurt anymore, but somehow I feel like I made a problem. I don't know what hyunjin is hiding from me but I care about him. He cares more about me instead of himself . I don't know what he's doing now and where he is, but I know he could get hurt. His friends seem like good guys to me, but they probably don't know about security either. All classes were over and I left school, I forgot that hyunjin's friend would be waiting for me but he was attractive because he was the only one standing at the gate.

He noticed me approaching him and pushed away from the gate where he was leaning. He was wearing a coat with a black mask, when he passed me he would not recognize him.

" finished school"

"finally"

"eh what would I give to go back in high school"

"you won't believe me, at least not here"

" That's what I've said
before. Are you better today?"

" It's a little awkward but I'm better"

" Good to hear"

There was a few minutes of silence without a topic to talk about. I wanted to ask him something for a long time, but I didn't know if he would answer me

" You want to ask me something"

"yes, how did you know"

" I know what a person looks like when wants to say something, for those fools I am a psychologist"

"um ...hyung"

" seungmin"

"seungmin hyung, is hyunjin safe"

"There is nothing to worry about, he is safe. Today he goes to practice a little and he is still a beginner so he will not get anything dangerous to do"

" hyung, can you do me a favor"

" I'll try"

"if hyunjin doesn’t want to go somewhere because he will leave me alone, tell him I will be fine without him. He cares more for me than for himself"

" I can promise you that. You know when he first mentioned you we all thought you were together, he always talked to you on a break or looked at your pictures, I think he really cares about you"

"hyunjin is my only friend I have he only cares about me"

"I know, hyunjin is considerate of someone he loves"

When he mentioned that hyunjin loves me I tried not to smile and blush. Yet me and hyunjin are just friends, because of him it’s so best. I don’t want to be guilty because everyone else would dismiss him if they heard we were together.
Seungmin is really a person you can talk to, he also has a calming voice. Although I still don't know if I can trust him, he may be trying to hide the danger just to relax. But I won't be able to find out yet
