Part 22

Jisung drove me home and then left. I was alone all day, Hyunjin wrote me a lot of messages while I was at school. They were still on their way so he had time to text. I didn't want to mention anything to him about the incident after school, I don't want to worry him. It was only today that I realized how much I have nothing to do when he is not there.

I browsed instagram and stumbled upon a gossip account about our school. For the sake of humor, I went in hoping that I was nowhere to be found, but it turned out that I was the top topic today.

"He hides Hyunjin,"
"he comes to school with bruises and bandages,"
"he dares to answer Lucas,"
"a mysterious hot guy comes to his defense and strangles Lucas and then left with him."

All of this was for today, amazing how much time they spend on me.
I saw one comment where it starts regarding Hyunjin. The comment mentioned how Hyunjin was getting into trouble for me and how I was probably covering it up now because he was not allowed to show up. They also believe that I fought with Hyunjin and that I lost. I noticed more comments stating that I probably told Hyunjin that I liked him and that he was avoiding me now. When I think a little better, can that actually happen. They would probably hate Hyunjin even more, but did he put that aside?

Next day

Jeongin read the comments on the page all night and thus even greeted the morning with the phone. He realized how good it was to find this page because that's how he found out what awaits him when he comes to school. In the school group, different and champions corresponded about how they would bend him to the shed on vacation and make him say where the hyunjin was. Some even suggested they bring a knife to what others agreed. Jeongin couldn't help but go to school because Hyunjin's friend was leading him but he knew how to avoid it. He went outside where he found the guy who is always at the computer. He stared at the floor until he noticed it.

"You look worse than me, did you  sleep at all kid"

" by some miracle"

" In my time, students went to bed at 11, at least others did"

" did they answer"

"This morning they announced that they met with Jisung, tonight they will probably sleep over, so they will return the day after tomorrow. You haven't heard from Hyunjin"

" He didn't answer me"

"They probably don't have a signal now"

"possible"

" Did you survive in a car with a Jisung yesterday?"

"the one that looks like a squirrel"

"PFFFF squirrel, yes. You probably don't even know who I am, I guess I'm not a dog then"

Jeongin was silent because the situation was that he only knew Chan and  seungmin, but he doesn't remember the names of the others.

" you can call me felix, jisung is a squirrel yeah and his boyfriend is minho"

"what"

"forget, I still can't forget - it doesn't matter. Minho talked to you in private, changbin drove you and you know the boss"

"you and chan are together"

"Did Hyunjin or Jisung tell you that since they both jump on my nerves"

" I just heard"

" they are impossible, me and chan are just, in fact we are like you and Hyunjin"

" So you like chan"

Jeongin then put his hand over his mouth as he realized he had revealed himself in a stupid way

"oh oh oh~ I shouldn't have heard this right, don't worry about it staying between us"

" I didn't mean it"

" And you didn't think right, it's okay if you like him. I know it’s hard for good friends to remain just friends. And here we are, we'll see each other later"
