Knewt and I appeared in the cave as screams came from the entrance. I turned to look but a wall of stone blocked my sight. I crept over with Knewt as we stuck our heads out. Our men were being ambushed by the R army. There was red and blue light flying back and forth, but there was more red. Before I could do anything the whole army said something in unison as all the people I hadn't learned the names of fell to the ground. The army disappeared with them as Knewt and I stayed back deciding it was impossible to stop them.
Knewt grabbed me without any sign of warning and said "Follow!".
We appeared in a large room dimly light and blocking the new sunlight. In the front on a stage was an old fashioned executioner with an axe in his beefy hand. Next to him were all the people who had been stollen, tied to a wooden pole and barely awake.
"We will now punish the horrible people that have released the burning sun! With the punishment most suiting, death." Said a lady in a tux on the stage as if it were a game show. The crowd of people below her cheered as the first person was chosen.
I jumped onto the stage as Sophie's cloth gave me an idea. "She's wrong!" I screamed pointing to the lady,"We are not the rebellion, they are!" I said as I pointed at the red R on her wrist.
