"Oh. It looks like I've been rejected by Dangaronpa. Well, I never wanted to be part of it anyway. I probably have a low chance of survival." Kokichi stared at the paperwork that was sent to him an hour ago. It was sent from the company of Danganronpa, explaining the reason why Kokichi wasn't cut for the part. He broke a sweat and looked at the time. "I hope Shumai made it the act. He was more passionate about this than anybody was. He didn't sign up for the sake of money or attention. Shuichi signed up just for the sake of being able to get to Danganronpa." Kokichi twisted his finger around his hair. It made his hairspring up and very curled. He made himself breakfast, then put on his uniform telling his mother goodbye before he stepped foot in school as always. When Kokichi walked inside the hallway he looked for Shuichi since they always would be ten or fifteen minutes early. Once he found Shuichi laid down on the ground with such despair in his eyes. Kokichi knew. Shuichi didn't get accepted. "Saihara-Chan." He finally got Shuichi to make eye contact with Kokichi, "You didn't get accepted into Danganronpa either, did you?" Shuichi sighed and started at the ground "I don't understand. I did everything that I could but in the end, I didn't even get to go to the show I held dearest the most. I know it's disturbing to others but! It's just nice seeing that even if their backs get stabbed or their loved one is dead... They still believe in hope! It may have its moments but it helped me create my character and become more confident in myself. Everyone thinks I'm a sociopath for liking that kind of show. I guess now is the time to prove them right." He smiled. It was true though, Shuichi had a genuine heart but quickly gets judged because of that one show. If anything, he has helped Kokichi throughout my worst times. Shuichi is the reason why nobody longer have any reason to pick on Kokichi... Well other than him but he only teases Kokichi about his height sometimes. He was a shy person but Shuichi was his voice. He felt like he can be himself around Saihara. "I'm sorry that you didn't get accepted, Saihara-Chan." Kokichi tackled Shuichi into a hug. "Hey. What if there was a death game?" Shuichi whispered "...Huh? What do you mean, Shuichi?" Kokichi pecked his head up staring at Shuichi staring off into the distance but with a sinister smile. "Killing games are for strategy while death games are based on your luck, right? What if we were in a game like that? Plus there wouldn't be any punishments for killing anybody in a death game, you're only just decreasing your strikes to live when you kill somebody... Could you imagine!? A game were luck and instinct is by your side in order to survive! That sounds way more exciting than Danganronpa! Right!? All the rejects from Danganronpa would play in a death game instead!" Kokichi was beginning to freak out to the point where Shuichi can notice. He frowned, Shuichi really didn't like Kokichi becoming uncomfortable because of him. Kokichi was the only one who really hanged out with him and Shuichi didn't want to ruin that kind of friendship. "Sorry. I'll be going now. I'll see you later, Ouma-Kun!" Shuichi got up and waved walking off into the distance.
What was he up to? Ouma thought to himself.
