Also i mention it a lot in the story but i dont ship dream and tommy my plans for dream tommy and drista is to have them be a family with them being siblings dream being the older brother drista the older sister even though she younger and tommy being the youngest i will probably make a short little A/N just explaining some things and i will make some flashbacks into Tommys back story...

DAMN 2000 WORDS I'm proud of myself

"Hey can you go out I'm going to change Tommy real quick" dream said, Drista nodded and left the room.

After dream changed Tommys hoodie ,not his pants cuz that's gross and this is not a ship, 
Tommy was already asleep "probably fainted du to the pain" dream thought as he laid Tommy down back onto the bed.

He got the wet rag and ran it over Tommys forehead to clean the outside of his cuts he reached his hand over and grabbed the sanitary wipes and cleaned the inside of his wounds "uhh mm" Tommy ground in pain "shhhh it will be fine" dream said " im going to have to wake him up to give him pain killers.

"Tommy wake up" dream said while shaking Tommy "uhhh" Tommy ground as he slowly opened his eyes "you good?" Dream asked knowing the answer "i feel like shit..." Tommy said while sighing "thats normal I'm going to sit you up ok?" Dream said telling Tommy so he would be prepared "ok..." Tommy sighed.

Dream slowly rose Tommy while using his free hand to grab a big pillow to set behind Tommy to prop him up "ow..." tommy said his body shaking from the pain "shhhh i know just stay still k" dream asked not wanting an answer "stay still" he got the pain killers out of his bag and took out 2 pills and opened the capsules poring them into the drink.

"Ill be right back" dream said while walking out of the room, he came back about a minute later with a straw he started stirring the medicine in the drink after about 20 seconds he handed the drink to Tommy "drink all of it, it has medicine" dream said in a stern tone.

Tommy just nodded while putting the straw to his lips and immediately pulling away felling the pain in his mouth "i know it hurts but you have to drink it there's pain killers in their it will make the pain stop" dream said in a caring tone.

Dream waited for awhile for Tommy to take at least one sip but after a while he realized Tommy wasn't going to he sighed grabbing the drink and Tommys chin "drink it" dream said in a chilling sadistic tone, Tommy was hesitant but listened to the older one by opening his mouth slightly and taking a sip of the drink pushing threw the pain in his mouth.

After he finished the rest of the drink dream let go of his chin as Tommy let out a cough, "see it wasn't that bad was it?" Dream asked sarcastically, Tommy just groaned "k go to bed you'll feel better when you wake" Tommys mind protested but his body needed rest he had basically gone thew torture.

"I dont want to" Tommy whined "i know but you should you'll heal quicker" he said in a reassuring tone "plus I'm going to have to give you some stitches so best if your asleep for that" dream said in a worried laughing tone "ok but i dont think i can fall asleep my nails and back really hurt" tommy said with a tired tone in his voice, 'sigh' "I'm going to have to stitch you up in a bit i hope you know that" dream said.

"Ok..." tommy said in a tired tone "here there's a box by the side of the bed change into the clothes and try to wipe some blood of you with the wet rag, take your time ok?" Dream said in a calm and reassuring tone, as he left the room closing and locking the door behind him.

Tommy slowly sat up, his back aching and having a headache feeling like he was about to fall over he leaned on the wall breaching himself but pulled his hand away from the wall looking at his hand as he felt a piercing pain in the tips of his fingers, hes nails were long sharp and black he sighed and got back up walking to a mirror.
