the night under the stars

THE BLURRY MORNING

Kristen woke up,at about eleven realizing her head was aching as if it would just blast out the sun was bright ,it was the middle of June and the sunshine just shone into her eyes. She had big fat glasses and could not see without them so she put those on first without even opening her eyes completely,
Kris slowly leaned back resting her head on the head of her bed with her eyes closed, trying to memorise
the time she spent last night. After laying there for 15 minutes she gave up and unwillingly rolled out of bed putting her slippers on , which were a weird teal colour.

She reached to her cupboard and grabbed the comfiest clothes she could find, grey sweatpants and her dad's old shirt. As she went into the bathroom she started to decide whether to wash her hair or not, after spending 2 minutes thinking she chose to wash them tomorrow

. Kris never took too much time showering and was out in about 10-15 minutes. The moment she stepped out of the shower she heard her mom yell out,"Kris, honey come downstairs and help yourself to breakfast, and then we need to go get groceries."

Her mom was the cool kind, in her teens she was one of those popular girl's of her school,outgoing,glamorous and every guy had his eyes on her,she always pushed Kristen to go out and when last night she entered home late her mom did not even bother come out and check, but was in fact happy and relieved. Kristen went downstairs and made herself PB&J then she brewed herself some coffee. She sat down on the round dining table and ate while she watching 'FRIENDS' from over her mom's head as she was sitting on the sofa in front of the table Kris was sitting at. After about 5 minutes she stood up, washed her dishes and told her mom," I am done let's go."

Her mom had this weird habit of never going to buy groceries alone she said that she found it awkward and seemingly lonely to wander around the aisles wheeling the cart. They were back after an hour and Kris saw someone standing on the door with a letter in his hand
