Is 20 really that old?
Yesterday I was at my cousin's wedding. If you know Egyptian weddings, you'd know it's 40% people you know and 1564616545462% far relatives you only saw once when you were a baby and every wedding they come and ask you the really annoyinying question; "Don't you remmeber me?"
Well, NO! I was only freaking 3 when I saw you the last time!!!!
Anywho, that's not the most annoying part (Although it's pretty annoying) But the most annoying part is the famous question; "امتي نفرح بيكي بقي؟" Which translates into "When are we going to happily wed you?"
WHY THE HELL DO i NEED TO BE WEDDED JUST CAUSE MY COUSIN IS GETTING MARRIED??!!!
It's so frustrating! When I was younger, they would joke about it but now that I'm in UNI and 20 years old, they said pretty annoying things like;
Do you have your eye on anyone?
Do you want me to hook you up with a doctor?
You aren't engaged yet? time is ticking.

Ugh, literally our community is so annoying and frustrating at times, you just want to grab your hair and tare it out!
What's so wrong with being single? I'm still young and I have all the time in the world. Plus I feel like I'm not ready for those kind of relationships yet, why pressure me into getting in a meaningless one then I'll end up breaking up and you will bad mouth me for not keeing a man -.-
I'd much rather be happily single and tag their rants from time to time than throw myself in a bad relationship 'Engagement' that won't lead tp marriage just to please you/
