Breath of Cherry Blossoms

Origins:

Inspired by Flower Breathing

Purpose:

Incorporate dance into a fighting style.

History:

Similar to other dance-like breathing styles, Cherry Blossom Breathing was created to incorporate both grace and poise into fighting. And just like Siren Breathing, Cherry Blossom Breathing was created by another traditional dancer who decided to remain anonymous. (For the requester to decide on who it is)

While the creator of Cherry Blossom Breathing remains unknown, their teachings spread far beyond any other. With Cherry Blossom Breathing being an easy breathing style to teach to young and flexible dancers who wanted to become demon slayers.

While Siren Breathing --another dance-like breath style-- focuses on both dance and voice, Cherry Blossom Breathing focuses purely on dance. Which in this case, makes their fighting style even more graceful than Siren Breathing.  

In some cases, some users like to add Wisteria poison alongside their blade. (Inspired by Insect Breathing) and create a whole new form. (As seen down below)

Nichirin Type:

Cherry Blossom Breathing only requires the standard Nichirin sword.

Total Number of Move Sets: 7

First Form: Sakura Dance

When there are multiple demons in the area, the user will sway and spin around in a dance-like maneuver to distract their opponents. As they are distracted by their "slow movements," the user is in fact moving at a lightning speed. Decapitating all their enemies in one consecutive dance. (Similar to Water Breathing's third form)

Second Form: Swaying Winds

The user can use this form to seemingly "fly" through the air like a cherry blossom. Though, it's more like graceful gliding, as this is used for getting around silently and landing.

Third Form: Protruding Bud

The user will dash forward and thrust their blade out front. Stabbing through whatever is in front of them. Useful for softening the impact of something.

Fourth Form: Spinning Blossoms

The user will spin in a quick yet elegant manner and deflect whatever attack is being forced upon them. From there, the user can attack back, using the spinning rotations to create a fast-paced series of cuts.

Fifth Form: Spring Day

The user can decapitate their enemy with little to no pain. The feeling of a warm, spring day numbing their senses as they slowly succumb to their death.

Sixth Form: Flower Preservation, Compress

When falling at a great height, the user can soften their blow with a quick strike to the ground. Landing softly and crushing whatever was beneath them.

Seventh Form: Inject, Exploding Finish

This form can only be used by users who coat their blades in wisteria poison. Using a modified version of Cherry Blossom Breathing's third form, the user will thrust their blade forward and inject whatever poison they have into their opponent. As the poison seeps out however, beautiful flowers will explode from the demon's body and engulf them in a beautiful and gory finish. A very deadly, yet horrifyingly beautiful form.
