Breath of Reflection

Inspired by Water Breathing

Purpose:

Mimic the abilities of other Breathing Styles

History:

Breath of Reflection --also known as Mirror Breathing-- is a unique breathing style that only few demon slayers can master. As Mirror Breathing practically allowed the user to copy and mimic different attacks and move sets from other Breathing Styles.

Because of this, Mirror Breathing is one of the hardest Breathing Styles to master, as it required the user to have complete focus over someone else's body movements. Able to predict and mimic even the tiniest of muscle movements from other demon slayers.

It should be noted however that certain attributes to a specific style will affect the user's copy ability. Such as a specific type of Nichirin sword.

Ex. Love Breathing requires a long, ribbon-like sword in order to work. A Mirror Breathing user could try to copy Love Breathing's techniques, but they won't be as efficient or perfected as the real thing if they don't have the sword requirement.

It should also be known that switching from one breathing technique to another can be lethal to a Mirror Breathing user. As switching from one breathing style to another could cause lung damage if not careful.

Nichirin Sword:

Mirror Breathing requires the standard Nichirin sword as the majority of Breathing Styles uses the standard Nichirin sword base.

First Form: Copycat: _____

There is only one form in Mirror Breathing, and that form allows the user to enhance their eyesight and study a certain person's muscle movement. Having complete control over their own body, the user will then mimic the exact same muscle movement as the person they studied, and will copy their movements exactly. The blank is left for the user to say which move they are copying. Ex. Copycat: Thunderclap and Flash.

A/N: I've always thought that a demon slayer that could copy other people's techniques was cool. So, I was inspired to make a copycat breathing style!

Some Extra Fun Facts About Mirror Breathing:

> Mirror Breathing users have the most adaptable bodies out of all Breathing Style users.

> They also have very strong eyesight. Able to detect even the smallest of details.

> A Mirror Breathing user cannot copy a Breathing Style they have never seen before. They must be able to study it before being able to mimic it.

> The strength of a copied attack will never be as strong as the real thing. Ex. A copied Flame Breathing technique will lack in strength compared to a real Flame Breathing user's attack.

> Mirror Breathing users are basically Jacks of All Trades. Unable to fully master any of their copied techniques.
