Astro is the first to wake up and she puts on a pink fluffy skirt and a light blue T-shirt tucked into the skirt she she wore a sunflower hair clip that pushed her hair away as she put on her glasses not really caring to cover her Emerald eye then goes to see if illumi fixed the window which he did then she went back and put on Pastel Pink combat boots and asked candy to make breakfast and boba and goes to Rose to wake her up

Astro: princess, it's time to wake up!

Rose rubs her eyes

Rose: but it's really early!

Asro: it looks at the clock only 6 am usually i get up at 4am sometimes i sleep in though! Also I want to train you so you can become more powerful!

Rose: as long as there's breakfast involved

Astro: thereś no breakfast astro said half-jokingly

Rose gets upland get dressed into a red and white sweater and black leggings

Rose: kind of simple today

Astro: hehe so you like wearing my clothes pointing at the fact she didn't really bring any clothes

Rose blushes

Rose:huh? Oh...

Astro: giggles you're so cute!

Rose smiles and then a thought comes to mind that illumi could be recording this and she stops smiling

Illumi comes out of the closet with a smirk on his face and the recording

Illumi: you guys are so cute! Walks out of their room

Astro: ILLUMI! DON'T DO THAT!

Illumi from the other side of the house "WHY NOT!?"

Astro: i give up.. Welp time for breakfast then training!

Rose: ok

As astro and Rose eat breakfast Astro is explaining what kind of training they will be doing

Astro: okay so what's your quirk?

Rose: i use pure flame abilities, i attack by throwing flames and i protect myself by encasing myself in flames so no one can get to me without getting burned

Astro: okay well me and you are going to have a sparring match as most people with fire quirks are immune to getting burned and don't worry about getting hurt. I won't use any offense unless it's just to get a small poke in to win the match. I'll be mainly on defense. Also beforehand or after the match use all your attacks on me so i can measure how much stamina you over use and what attacks we can improve then tomorrow we will work more on defense than the day after offense ect ect.

Take a last bite of food from her meal than fishes calling over candy to get her plate sound good?

Rose: sure, i guess i do need some practice

Astro: great tell me when you're done i have to put on some gloves to reduce my quirk impact

Rose: i finished while you were talking

Astro: oh- well illumi will take you to the backyard i'll be right there!

Ilummi you heard me!

Illumi: yes young Master

As Astro put on the gloves illumi takes Rose to the unbelievably big backyard where you couldn't even see the fences then Astro get out to the back yard

Astro: it's a big backyard...

Rose: wow!, i noticed

Astro: so do you want to use all your attacks on me now or after the match?

Rose: i pick now

Astro: okay and don't hold back it won't hurt me

Rose does a hand motion that ignites a small flame that grows into a bigger flame

Astro: ooo~a level 10 spell

Rose steps onto what appears to be a blanket of flames that unfolds into staircase steps, she keeps walking until she's higher up and turns to look at astro then the flame steps disappear except for the top one she's standing on

Astro: there's like 15 different attacks you could make out of this. I wonder what it's gonna be...

Rose then throws a long string of fire toward astro that automatically wraps around astros torso and traps her, then rose jumped down and ran to astro and hit her with a sword of flames

Astro:Very good attack didn't have any sweat cuts or scratches but you used a lot of unnecessary stamina doing that you used 5 times of what is needed also in an enemy battle in the time you took to walk up the staircase the enemy would have been able to run or kill you so i'm going to show you an alreate attack that takes less time and is the better version of the attack you just did also that attack is called fire heart mainly used to tap and take off limbs or the heart of someone smiles at Rose but i guess you already took my heart

Rose smiles back

Astro: okay can you make a fire clone because since im showing you a upgraded version of an attack i don't want to hurt you

Without saying anything, rose conjures a flame silhouette that evolves to look just like rose

Astro: okay now please go to the side like 200 or so feet? I really don't want harm you

Again, without saying anything, rose moves far away from the combat

Astro: Starts by making wings out of fire and flying very high in a very short amount of time and then diving down uncovering her eye then the paw print glows while the devil's tail glows a hell color and time stops but Astro is still diving down out of nowhere there a fire-like chain the comes out and wraps around the clone before disappearing as Astro's clone falls to the ground disappearing and Astro is above the rose's clone and the chain is around it body while there a sword at it neck and cuts it making the clone disappear and Astro does her summersalt and lands

Astro: OKAY! I went overboard! But the advanced version there no guarantee that you can do the time lag attack but i believe you can do the rest now can you show me all your other attacks?

___~After Rose tested all her attacks~___

Astro:Smiles at rose so how was that should we take a break before our match?

Rose: there was an option to not take a break!?

Astro: yea! I don't get exhausted or out of breath! But then again i'm training someone so i can't do it my way heh ILLUMI!! GET SOME WATER AND FOOD!

Illumi: of course young master he comes out of nowhere and hand them the food

Rose: well take a short break so that the training will be over sooner

Astro: i wouldn't jinx it the original plan was to practice till 4am but i don't know you're limit soo puts up finger quotations if youŕe gonna hit it, hit it till it breaks

Rose: i am not staying up until 4 am to practice fighting

Astro: but it's so fun fighting till dawn!

Illumi: Rose be careful Asto fought me for a week straight and I passed out many times...she is scary..

Rose: She's not scary, just... competitive....

Astro giggles at this then starts going on about when she used to be really competitive
