Quirk: Axing Questions
Emitter
Description:
User can summon a glowing axe.
User can force anyone to tell the truth if they hit them with their axe.
Said person is also paralysed from the neck down.
Drawbacks:
The axe has a physical presence, but cannot cut flesh. AKA it can block and parry, but it cannot harm someone.
Paralyzation ends when the user wants it to end.
Axe can never leave 3 m from the user's position.
