Description:
User can summon an infinite number of neon green pads.
Said pads are 1cm x 1cm circles.
Said circles can stick to any surface.
Once one circle is stuck on a joint, animate or not, the user can control that one joint freely.
User can stick an infinite number, and control an infinite number of joints.
If the joint was in motion, it will immediately stop, and only move if the user wills it to move.
Drawbacks:
User's control is limited by the target's flexibility.
User must control their own body in this way.
Pads can be torn off unless they are on the user's body in which case, can only be torn off if the user wants them to be torn off.
