Chapter 2
We were talking about his ex-girlfriend when there was a sound of a person banging on the door. It was 2:45 in the morning and my mother is asleep. Who could possibly be knocking on our door? So I went out of my room, bringing a pan. I know, a pan. What a weak weapon, but that's all I've got.
When I arrived downstairs, I tiptoed quietly to the door. I turned the knob slowly, while my heart was beating 100 times faster than the normal beating. I opened the door a little, and wider.... AND SAW.....
My dog, Sam. She was wagging her tail. I went back to my room and saw my computer blinking as a sign of Jase chatting me.
Jase: Hey do they still bully you?
By they he means Jason Adams and his crew.
Me: Yeah. They never stopped.
Jase: I wish I was there to protect you.
Me: Even if you're not here, I know I'm still protected. So don't worry. :)
Jase: OK. oh, I forgot to ask you this but, what school do you go to?
I won't tell him what school am I going to. What if he was a kidnapper? He might kidnap me. Or worse, kill me. Oh my gosh. I'm exaggerating. He won't do that to me. He CAN'T. But seriously, I can't tell him. So i just said,
Me: It's 3:00 in the morning, and I have class tomorrow. I'm going to bed. Good Night Jase. :))
Jase: Okay, Good Night Steph. :*
I turned off my computer and thought. I'm doubting my only friend when I shouldn't be. But better safe than sorry. So I won't give him any ideas on where I'm living or where I go to school. I was thinking about Jase when I drifted off to dreamland...
