With tears streaming down my face, I ran away from the scene and onto the farthest curb...
I ran away from him.
I ran from our place.
I ran away from when he first said "Oel ngati kameie..."
They say "Running away from your troubles will do nothing to save you." And frankly, They're right. It won't. But I does make you feel just a little bit better.
