"Prongs? Proooongs? Prongsy? You ok there? Hellooooo?"
Was the first thing he heard when he gained consciousness again.
"Oh shut up Black, you'll wake him up." Said a sweet voice he recognised.
"Duh Evans, that's kinda the point!" The voice said again.
"Ugh what happened?" He grumbled as he realised how cold it was.
He opened his eyes.
"Um... Who are you guys? What are you doing at my house? And why is it so cold? Mum? Who are these four?" He asked as lily, Remus, Sirius and peter looked over him.
They looked at each other, concern flashing in their eyes.
"And who is prongs?" He added.
Sirius paled drastically to that.
"You-you don't remember me?"
"No, I've never met you. Where's my mum and dad? Mum? Dad?"
He shouted as he looked around.
Madam pomfrey came around out of her office, looking concerned.
"James, your parents are no longer alive, I'm sorry." The school nurse said to him, looking deeply upset at the sight in front of her.
"Wha-what? No, I don't believe you. Mummy? Daddy! Please!" He started crying, crystal tears rolling down his cheeks.
"Please, drink this James, it'll help you."
He hesitantly brought the vile to his lips.
"Ah. It appears he banged his head harder than I thought on the ice when he fell. His memory has erased, he thinks he is 7."
Sirius fainted.
