Chapter 19! The Infirmary

Heyo! Chappie 19 is now here! ^_^ I made this longer okay? And I think I might have a sequel on this one. Sooo please enjoy!

Third Person POV

"Ready for battle"

Kurama was attacking Zeto while Hiei was attackimg Zuka. "Demon's Scythe" Zeto yelled as a dark scythe appeared in front of her, she then grabbed it and launched at Kurama. "Dark Rose Whip!" Zuka yelled as the black rose that she was holding transformed into a dark rose whip, she then started attacking Hiei.

"Meltdown!!!!" Rin yelled as a guitar that kinda matches her clothes appeared in front of her, with the stroke of her hand, musical notes came out and hit Zuka and Zeto. "Looks like the Demon Princess has this covered.." Hiei said, Kurama then nodded in agreement. "You two, stay back.... This is my fight..." Rin ordered the two and they obeyed her. "I see~ You are in your Meltdown form~ This is gonna be fun~" Zeto said, playfully and then launched at her with her demon scythe in her hands, Zuka did the same thing. "Meltdown Scythe." Rin said in a calm tone and a shining magical circle appeared and the Meltdown Scythe appeared in front of her, she then caught it with her hands and blocked both of the attacks from Zeto and Zuka.

~Time Skip~

It was already sunset and Rin was already worn out because of the fight she had, Zuka and Zeto were knocked down and same goes for the twins. "The twins sure packed a punched there.." Yusuke said as he looked at the unconscious twins. "Same goes for Zuka and Zeto....*pant*... They have been practicing...." Rin said between her pants. "Daijobu?" Miku asked as she looked at Rin. "Yes, I'm fine.." Rin said and they all headed inside the mansion.

Inside

Miku couldn't help but notice that Hiei was limping as they were walking to the infirmary, (A/N: Yes, they have an infirmary in the beach house... just for precautions..)."Hiei, are you okay?" Miku asked softly, all she received from him was 'Hn'.

Miku's POV

'What is wrong with Hiei-sama?! Doesn't he know that I care for him!' I thought as I watched Hiei, he was limping and I know that he is injured. The opening of metalic doors interrupted my thoughts, and I entered the room filled with medicines, beds and machines. "Alright.... Who has injuries?" Rin asked, looking at us. Teto, Kurama, Len, Yusuke and Kuwabara raised their hands, I'm perfectly fine since I can heal my own self, but, Hiei-sama didn't raise his hand. Rin then started with Teto and she started treating her wounds.

I was alone with Hiei in a corner of the infirmary while everyone is treating each others' wounds. "Hiei, are you sure you aren't hurt?" I asked, softly. "Yes.." he said in a rather bored tone. "But, you were limping.." I said, those words hit the trigger. Hiei's eyes widened as he looked at me, he then quickly turned away. "I'm fine.." he said, in his usual tone. "No you aren't..." I said, showing a hint of concern in my tone, I received no answer what so ever, I then let out a sigh, "Please Hiei, you may act tough all the time but this time.. You really need help, please Hiei... Just let me help.." I pleaded, holding his hand tightly. He scoffed and I could see a hint of pink on his cheeks, 'Matte, Is he...Blushing?' I thought, I quickly shoom off that thought and went back to reality. "Fine.." He said, my eyes brighten, I felt like I was in heaven.

"Show me where it hurts..." I said, he then showed me the wound he had on his left leg. "Oh Hiei.." I sighed and then placed my hands over his wound and it started glowing blue. We were silent the whole time, but it didn't matter anyways. As long as I get to spend time with him. This is how I show my gratitude to him, after he saved me..

Flashback

It was the first day of school I guess, and I was heading to the cafeteria when I was stopped by a group of guys, they were tough and mean looking, my eyes were filled with fear and I felt that I couldn't move. "Hey sweet cheeks, wanna hang out after school?" a guy with red hair asked, probably he was asking me. My legs started to shake and I slowly stepped backward. "Aww come on.. Just this once.." he said again, I didn't answer since I was scared of being hurt. "Hey! Answer me!" He yelled and I start to whimper.

Just when he was about to grab me from the collar, someone stopped him, I looked to see... Hiei, that guy I met outside of school. "Hiei, What the hell are you doing here?" the redhair asked, glaring at Hiei. "You're a coward, Takashi..." Hiei said, smirking. "Why you little!" Takashi, the redhaired guy was about to punch Hiei when Hiei stopped him with his own barehands, Takashi's eyes were now filled with fear. "Leave her alone.." He said and he let go of Takashi's hand, and by the power of his glare, he scared off the trio.

"Arigato..."

Flashback ended.

I smiled happily as I finished healing Hiei's wound, I'm really glad that I was able to help him. I guess, all of us were done treating the wounds, so, we exited the infirmary.

Third Person POV

After the others went to the infirmary, the others met with Neru, Shizuru, Botan and Yukina. Botan ran up to Kurama and hugged him, "Thank goodness you're alright!" Botan exclaimed happily as she pulled away from the hug. Rin didn't want to see anymore of this, but she had to. "Man, I'm starving..." Yusuke said. "Who's turn is it to cook?" Teto asked, looking at us. "If I remember correctly... I think it was-" before Miku could even continue, she was interrupted by the sound of a door slamming shut. "Jeez, what's gotten into her lately?" Yusuke asked. "I dunno..." Teto replied. But Botan and Kurama already knew the reason.
