Chapter 22 Into the Zocaloids' Castle

After 2 days of hard training, it was finally the day to deafeat and seal the Zocaloids once and for all. All of them were focused about the fight, all except for Rin, she was still bothered about 'his' confession and she can't stop thinking about it.

Rin's POV

We were all standing infront of a rundown castle, the hideout of the Zocaloids, Teto found it when she was flying around and it can be found deep in the woods. "This place gives me the creeps.." Miku said. I have to agree with her, just by looking at it, it already gave me the creeps. "Don't be bothered by it.." Neru said as she started walking towards the castle. "Neru-san's right! Besides, we have to kick some Zocaloid butt!!" Nanami exclaimed as she started running towards the castle. We giggled at her enthusiasm, she was right anyways so we followed them. When we entered, countless bats flew out, making it a bit scary. Keiko, Botan and Yukina were screaming. "Don't worry Yukina, I'll protect you.." Kuwabara said, just to reassure Yukina, which probably worked. "Thank you Kazuma.." Yukina said.

Making Kuwabara blushing. I heard Hiei scoff, I also know about him being the brother of Yukina. I shushed them and motioned them to move forward, but it wasn't long until we met one of the Zocaloids, Zaku, the darker version of Haku. "Well well... If it isn't the Vocaloids, and I see you brought company as well.." she said with her dark and teasing tone. "I'll take this one guys.." Kuwabara saud as he massaged his knuckles. "Are you sure Kuwabara?" I asked, giving him a concerned look. "Of course!" Kuwabara replied proudly, well, there's no point to stopping him. "Well good luck baby brother.." Shizuru said. "I'll stay with him too.." I heard Neru said, and there is also no point in stopping Neru. So we all agreed that both of them will defeat Zaku. "Gambatte!!" Nanami yelled at both of them and we left them with Zaku.

Neru's POV

I have too defeat Zaku, and she is the Zocaloid I fear the most, yes, I fear her more than Zatsune Miku. "Aww, I wanted to fight Rin... But doesn't matter.." Zaku said as she stepped forward, something wasn't right about her... It's like... Her spiritual energy is rising. "Spirit Sword!" I heard Kuwabara yell, as he summined his spirit sword. I can't transform yet, I'm saving it for Zatsune Miku. "Frozen Spear!" I summoned my frozen spear. "Aww.. what cute weapons.." Zaku said. This is gonna be one tiring fight...

Let's go to the others.

Rin's POV

We were all running, with Neru and Kuwabara left behind, I know that there will be more appearing if we don't hurry up. "Why the...Hell are running?" Yusuke asked, slightly complaining. "Unless you want me to arrange your funeral.. I will be happy too!" I yelled, shutting his yaps. (A/n: That's what Mabel said!) I heard Kurama chuckle, making me blush. We were then stopped by a wall. "How the hell are we supposed to go through now?" Teto asked. "Easy, we just have to break the walls!" I heard my annoying twin brother said, this is really stupid. He had a enchanted hammer on his hand, he was really gonna break the walls.. The wall had symbols on it, when I read it.. My eyes widened, I shouted no but it was too late, my brother already broke the wall. A trap door opened and all of us fell.

Crash!

I groaned, it was a bit painful, I then realized I was with Miku only. Miku groaned as shs got up, "Hiei?" She then looked around for Hiei. "I'm sorry to break it to you but... Hiei isn't here.." I told her. I then heard a growling sound behind us, we turned only to meet two red glowing eyes, it was then followed by our screams.

Third Person POV (This was before they screamed)

Kurama groaned in pain as he stood up, he searched for Rin but she was nowhere to be found, same goes for Hiei who seemed to be worried about the blue-green haired girl. "Where are they?" They both thought. "We must've been seperated from them." Len stated, which was really obvious, "Do you really have to make it obvious Len-nii-san?" Nanami asked bluntly. "Gomme.." Len said as he rubbed his neck nervously. Suddenly, they heard the screams of the two girls that were missing. "Rin!" Kurama yelled as he ran to the source of the scream, Hiei followed behind. "Wait for us!!!" Botan yelled as her oar magically appeared and hopped on it. She felt pity got Yukina,Keiko and Shizuru so she snapped her fingers and out came extra oars for the three.

When they reached to the source of the sound, they saw a monster, a monster with tentacles. Had red glowing eyes and had sharp pointy teeth. Miku and Rin were strangled in one of its tentacles. "Help!!" Rin yelled. Kurama was enraged by this, no one touches Rin like that. He then pulled out his rose whip and started battling the monster, Hiei who was also enraged by this took out his sword and started battling it. "Hey! Let me join!" Yusuke said as he massaged his temples, ready to fight, but Teto, however, stopped him. "Don't interfere with them Yusuke.." Teto told him. Yusuke already knew about how Teto feels for her, but he isn't sure how to react to this, considering the fact that Keiko is his girlfriend. Yusuke turned away to blush, he scoffed "Pfft.. Fine.." He mumbled and took a step back, Teto noticed his actions and raised and eyebrow. "Rose Whip!" Kurama yelled as he slashed the tentacle that had Rin in it. Hiei also slashed the tentacle that had Miku in it. The monster screamed in pain and agony as it disapleared into nothingness. Kurama and Hiei rushed over to girls who were unconscious after being strangled. "You carry Miku.. I'll carry Rin.." Kurama said, surprisingly, Hiei did not reject at all, he just carried Miku. Keiko, Botan, Yukina and Shizuru grinned as they exchanged glances. Teto, whobwas really serious about this lared at the girls, telling them to stop, and so their journey continues.

This is gonna be a fight to remember.
