Erens POV-

I woke up, the sun burning my eyes.

I closed them, and went to hug the girl next to me but, she wasn't there. I opened my eyes again, to see her gone.

I aimlessly look around, shouted her name over and over. She was gone. I got on my knees, helpless.

Then, I felt a warm hand on my shoulder. Then the person have me a tight hug.

"It's alright Eren, I was just getting some clean water," historia turned me around, kissing me reassuringly. I felt so stupid, she didn't disappear, she was right here.

"Eren, your so silly, worring so much." She said, holding my cheek. I laughed, getting up.

"I'm sorry, I know I've screwed things up for the both of us. I basically confessed my feelings for the queen in front of hundreds of people," I scratched my neck, looking away.

"Dont you dare apologise Eren! I wanted this just as much as you. To run away, to let go," she said, holding my hands.

"I'm sorry," I said, holding her hands tighter.

"Historia, you wanna go back soon? Our friends will be worried sick, and the people will be confused," she looked at me worryingly, "what will happen to you? You technically kidnapped me, you'll be thrown in jail!" She cried, intertwining our hands.

"We will explore the world again one day Historia, but now we need to be responsible, our people need someone to guide them, now more than ever," I said, getting up from my knees.

"Let's go," I ran a few meters away from her before transforming.

I scooped her up, and ran towards the wall.

I looked around, there really wasn't a titan to be seen. Just empty grassland.

I look down at historia, she was deep in thinking, probably about our current situation.

I haven't told her yet, but I have a surprise coming, one she will never forget.

I could see the wall clearly now, it was not more than a mile or so away.

On the wall, I spotted some people. They must have spotted me too, they immediately pointed cannons at me.

"Eren Yäger, where is the Queen!" I heard one of the men shout.

I gesture at my hands, and walk up to one of the surrounding houses, placing her next to it.

A couple dozen scouts charged towards the house, and retrieved historia, and I escaped my titan body only to be immediately handcuffed by Levi himself.

"No, please! He didn't do anything wrong, let him go!" Historia pleaded, water running down her cheeks.

I gave her a weak smile and a few words, "I'll promise you this Historia. I will see you again, whatever it takes," after I said that, the person carrying her turned a corner, disappearing from view.

Not long after, I heard levi "Sorry Eren, orders are orders," he said, before slicing my limbs off.

I was knocked out from the immense pain, and the need to regenerate. I hope shes alright.
