Spencer's POV 6

I woke up this morning before Lexie so I thought I would get some grading done for my classes. I didn't want to wake her, she looked so peaceful when she slept so I just walked down to my office. I closed the door, turned on some music and began grading. I sat there for about 15 minutes then Lexie walked in.

Lexie's POV

When I got up this morning Spencer was gone. I had no clue where he went so I texted him.

Lexie: Hey Spence, where are you?

He never answered though. So I got up and walked around the house, and looked for him. Then I went down the hall from his bedroom. I saw a door that was closed, it had a light on and there was music playing.

I opened the door and Spencer was sitting there looking at his laptop with his messy hair. I don't think he knew I were in the room so I said "Spence" He turned around in his chair and said "well sleeping beauty finally woke up, how'd you sleep?" God his morning voice was so attractive. I smiled
"Pretty good, I thought you left" "I'm sorry I had to start grading these quizzes or they will never get done" I walked over to him and straddled his waist. I put my arms around his neck and buried my head in his neck.  "Spence can we go lay back down" he rubbed circles on my back "Give me 20 minutes so I can get this done and then we can do whatever you want"

I honestly just wanted his attention at this point "Spence please I'm hungry" He laughed "People can go 8-20 days without eating so you can go 20 minutes" I groaned "Fine, Genius. But can I at least stay?" "yeah" I just sat there for like 5 minutes cuddled up to him and then I said "Spence are you done yet" He laughed laughed "I promise baby just 15 more minutes and I'll be done" I smiled at the pet name and just sat there while he graded.

I fell asleep again and had a nightmare. I dreamed that the unsub who Spencer saved me from, didn't actually die and he came to my house, and captured me in a tunnel inside some cave, and then killed Spencer in front of me, and then killed me after.

I woke up crying and I screamed "NO SPENCER! NO PLEASE STOP! OH MY GOD PLEASE STOP, DONT HURT HIM" Spencer put his hand in my hair and said "hey, hey baby it's okay I'm here, it was just a dream"

I finally calmed down "I'm sorry spence I-" He cut me off  "No don't apologize it's okay" I got up from his lap and he said " where are you going?" I was honestly starving "I'm gonna go grab a snack" "no I'm done grading let's go get food, we can go anywhere you want" That got me excited so I hugged him and said "Spence I kinda want McDonald's" He pulled away slowly and said as he smiled "Okay go get dressed then we can go"

I put on a orange and black striped long sleeve and some ripped jeans I had packed in my go-bag just in case I went somewhere that wasn't work related. I also put on a little bit of makeup so I didn't look like I was dead and put my shoes on. I went to the kitchen and Spencer was sitting on the couch all dressed up in a navy t-shirt and some black jeans with a tan-ish-cardigan. Spencer got up and said "You look amazing Lexie" I smiled "Thank you, so do you" We walked to the car and drove to McDonald's.
