You licked your lips at the free kill, unaware that you had jumpscared your victim as you were quick to leave. As if nothing happened, you continue on singing your favourite song as you let your character's little feet trot down towards Shields, leaving the body in Navigation.

You were aware, however, that the cams flashed red and now you keep on venting until you reached the cameras while Rae had let out a scream in surprise.

Her chat flooded with comments about her being a simp and some questions why she let you kill the innocent Tommy and not even report it. After what happened last meeting, Rae jokingly said that she would have to kill Tommy this round for being too loud.

And she'll probably look even more sus now because he died.

"Hey― uh, hi!" The brunette cursed at herself mentally for stuttering, and even if you couldn't see her, her whole face glowed at her contagious smile. It only widened when you replied back.

Well, you'll reply back, of course. She just greeted you and you have to greet back. But the thing with you is that you're like Corpse― your voice somehow captivates her that every time, she swears that she falls even harder for you.

Thank goodness the difference you have with Coprse is that you actually show your face― so it gave her heart an excuse to fall even more at your cute self.

"Hi." A chuckle of amusement falls out of your lips as Rae's cheeks coated with pink dust as well as her ears. Her chat exploded with comment saying that she is, in fact, a simp for you and would probably let you win the game. They were probably true. She didn't care if she'll be killed in the end, as long as you win, then she felt like she won as well.

"So, you're the only one in cameras?" You faintly remember shutting all the doors, and you were sure that the others are in admin, so Rae was possibly the only person in cameras.

Your eyes fall to the right corner, where the cooldown was nearing its end when you immediately snap it back at the brunette's character. If you weren't streaming, the you would've watched her for sure.

"Yeah... And Tommy's taking his time in Nav. Can you, uh― Can you explain that, (Name)?" Her tone was confident and teasing that you let out another amused chuckle that made Rae's heart soar. Truth be told― she was a mess and her hands were shaky just by talking to you. If only she can have these moments with you often, then her day would be even more satisfying.

"Hmm... What are you implying here, Rachell?" The way you say her name, the way it rolled off your tongue sent her grinning self into a euphoric bliss. You were the only one she wants to be called by her first name. Growing up, she wanted someone to call her "Rae" because it sounded cool. But for the first time in a long while― she loved hearing her real name from you.

"I'm implying what I'm implying, (Name)." The brunette boldly says before moving her character in front of yours, which made you widen your eyes. You and Rae are like the characters in the game― she wouldn't near you no matter what. So seeing the actions of her character weirdly made your heart flutter.

"Shame that you'd have to go―"

"Wait wait wait― I wanna help!" The brunette was quick to part from your character as soon as she said that. But her sudden response made you raise a brow, not knowing if you're concerned or curious at what she has in store for you.

"You can kill me in the end― but I wanna help." Rae quietly hissed at the comments that called her a simp before averting her full attention to you, proving their point.

You still wanted to know why she wanted. It was really unusual for Rae to offer anything. Heck, to even talk to you as well. But one look at your chat, you knew why she was acting this way towards you.

"Why?" Even if you already knew why, you just wanted to see if she would truthfully answer you or make up an excuse that would undoubtedly make you laugh.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is when Rae started to ramble.

"W-Well― Sy-Sykkuno is weirdly being too innocent this round and a l-lot are sus on Fed since he b-blames Sykkuno who everyone thinks is "innocent"― And Celine is er― um..." While the brunette thought more of what to say, a boisterous laugh surprised her as she stared at your character with astonishment. You rarely even laugh― chuckle and giggle yes, but laugh? Almost never happens.

"― Okay okay... So, who do you want to kill first?"

"F-Fed, I guess." A goofy smile played on her lips as you rambled on taking her with you. She quickly muted and hid her face in her hands.

"Damn you, (Name), for making it impossible not to simp on you." The brunette mumbled as fast as lightning before moving her character again with yours. Your concerned expressiin softened at the sight of her vharacters as you both moved to Medbay where you killed the first option of your brunette friend.

"Next?"

"Whoever comes here, I guess." Rae mumbled and you counted the players that were left. Only six, counting you and Rae and thankfully, Michael was still in the game and you turned down the lights as Rae panicked.

You cheeks flushed at how cute Rae sounded when she was having a mini panic.

Luckily, Sykkuno, Celine and Michael came and you both did a double kill on Sykkuno and Celine, who all yelled in shock while Rae was laughing her ass off. She got a little scolding from Imane and Kara since they watched her interaction with you.

"If Rae wasn't a simp for (Name), then we would've won the game." Replied Tommy who let out his usual, boisterous and obnoxious laughing at the quick denies of the brunette. The others joined in as well, furthering Rae's embarrassment even more.

And her friends immediately teased the brunette at your next words.

"Unlike you, Tommy, I have interests and I would've simped the same with Rae all day."

i kinda like the idea of rae being a simp and letting (name) win the game.
