(Y,N) PoV 

After about what happened yesterday, the next couple of days were...weird. Grace was avoiding me every time I ran into her. If she feels that way imagine how I feel, I was the one who got rejected. My heart beats faster every time I run into her and I'm glad she does that, to be honest. I don't know what to say to her. 

When I went to the cafeteria after I was done with my time at the lab, Grace was there, she was with her friends, something I haven't been able to do ever since I got here. I wasn't going to sit with Grace because she is avoiding me and IQ...well I would like to call her my friend but I didn't want to sit with her because she is with her CTU and they all look mean. I took a sit by myself and rested my head on the table and sighed, for some reason, the noises of the cafeteria stopped and when I looked up to see what happened I saw Six. 

Six is a mysterious woman, I investigated her a few years ago and there is no much that could help me figure her out, most of her files are redacted and that for me is boring so I stopped investigating her. Ever since I got here, Six is usually at her office then she came towards me and sat down with me which was even weirder. 

"Hey (y,n) I have a request if you are up for it," Six went directly to the point 

"Depends...what is it?" I asked her

" I want you to check something for me. This thing is in your country and well...Rainbow is not allowed to be deployed there without authorization of the commander," She said 

"Yes...I heard the chains of command there can be pretty strict with foreign operations," I said. Her request was weird, why just me, she knows something that I'm not aware of?

"Sure...I need the distraction so I'll help you out," I said. I could also use the time to visit my mother's grave 

"Go alone. As I said, I don't have permission to send a team to that place but you can go in and go out without problems," She said 

"Maybe she doesn't want me to come back..." I thought to myself. I don't like this

Ten Minutes Later

I was in my room packing my things, the basics. Just underwear, toothpaste, and toothbrush... I was going on a mission, not on vacation. Anyway, I was finishing getting ready when someone knocked at my door, I went to open it and there she was...Grace. She must be wondering why Six was talking to me a few minutes ago. 

"Look, I am sorry for what happened the other day..." She said and then took a deep breath 

"I guess I wasn't ready for dates" she added

"I-I-" What should I say? then she peeks inside my room 

"Are you leaving?" She asked sadly

"NO!!! I'm just packing a few things for (c,n)" I said then she gently pushes me and entered my dorm without permission like if she were living with me for a long time...I wouldn't mind that though

"Then I'll go with you" She smiled

"What?" I said in a serious way, but inside I was happy, I mean she is not avoiding me anymore, she got closer, literally, our eyes met then her face went to my ear

"I'm coming with you!" She gently said while I was blushing...I haven't seen a girl getting so close to my face, especially the one I like, them I remember what Six said about going alone

"Grace...you can't come..." I sadly said

"what?" She said I noticed her sad tone

"Please, let me go with you...please" she joined her hands and got closer...doesn't matter how many times I backed down she was getting closer, she then began making a puppy face, I tried to ignore her cute face but...I fell and in the end, I agree to take her with me.

"Ok, you win! I have to tell Six," I said

Six's office

I was at her office listening to her debriefing on the mission, Six wanted me to take down a white mask hideout located at (y,n). Sounded easy enough, but now the hardest part of the mission was to convince Six to allow me to take Grace with me. 

"Hey, Six. Can I request specialist Grace Nam to be my backup on this mission?" I asked and she raised an eyebrow as a sign of confusion 

"Why?" She asked and this is where I put my skills to the test. I shine at two things: Tech and Lying. I was not proud of it but it's something. 

"The chain of command there...well let's just say they and I are not on good terms, I said I will help you but if I take Grace with me, another hacker, we will finish quickly," I said. Now she has to bite it 

"You are not romantically involved with Specialist Nam?" She asked me and I blushed 

"WHAT?! NO! NEVER!" I said and after she was done asking me those uncomfortable questions she allowed me to take Grace 

Time Skip

After we entered the plane in first class obviously, we were looking for our sits...when we found them I offered her the window, but she said no, that she didn't matter so I took the window's sit, I was looking at the windows when suddenly Grace fell on me, her butt right on my lap

"Oh God I'm so sorry," A man said. Apparently, that man pushed her by accident

She was rubbing her head and when she opened her eyes, she saw me...I was trying not to get...you know, hard by having her on my lap

"I'M SORRY!" She quickly got up and take her seat beside me, she took her hat and use it to hide her face, good because I was blushing so much, I was red, literally

The rest of the fly was awkward... I eventually fell asleep, and I noticed she did too because she unconsciously rested her head on my shoulder.

Airport of (Y,C) 

When we arrived at my country, the first thing I thought was about going home... but I couldn't, not after my Mom passed away but I wouldn't let Grace sleep in a dirty place, so with so much pain in my pockets I took her to a nice hotel and took the penthouse, but it was for her.

"Oh my God, this is so beautiful" like a kid; Grace said as she ran and jumped on the bed, I guess she already picked where she is going to sleep.

"Hey (y,n) check how soft these beds are," She said with a smile on her face, I sit down on the bed she was resting her beautiful body, and damm she was right... after that, we went unpacking, I'm planning to stay here for a week, a week with my Crush, I guess I am kinda lucky. I joined her on the balcony where the nice breeze was gently moving her beautiful hair

"I think I can get used to this," She said

"Well..." I said while thinking about how much I had to pay and she just laughed

"Don't worry Silly, I'll help you with the bill, I'm not that heartless" She said with a smile on her face

"Yeah, sure," I said

"This reminds me of my hometown, how easy is to forget that we are fighting terrorists," Grace said. She walked towards her bed again and sits down 

"I would like to meet your hometown," I said trying to not sound weird

"I'll take you one day, to meet my parents too," She said and then we both blushed

"Maybe we should get some rest, it was a long trip you know," I said while walking towards my bed 

"Yeah you are right, I hope we have time to go sightseeing," Grace said. When I placed my head on the comfy pillow I noticed Grace getting up and jumped on the bed

I hope she doesn't do that much or I'll have to pay for that...
