Oliver
Oliver woke up to the sound of his alarm screaming at him. He groaned and rolled over turning it off quickly. He got out of bed and crept across the hall to the bathroom, so not to wake his father. He was probably passed out on the couch but he wasn't going to risk it. He needed to turn up on his first day bruise free, maybe he could even make some friends.
He got to the bathroom and locked the door behind him letting out a sigh of relief. He yawned and turned on the hot water, getting in and letting the water run down his back while he rested his head on the wall. His black hair stuck to his forehead as the water ran onto his face a bit. He stayed there a while, looking at his feet, letting every good and bad scenario go through his head. He was prepared fir the worst as always but hoping to at least make one friend. Trust his father to make him move schools because of one incident.
It had nothing to do with his father's abuse, well maybe a little. The school had called his father to tell him that Oliver was being bullied. The catch was that Oliver had lied about the bruises all over his body, saying they were from the bullies. He had even asked them not to tell his father but of course they had. He got such a beating for it he could hardly walk for a week. In that time his dad had found him a new school and arranged to move house over the summer holidays.
So here he was the first day of term, getting ready and expecting the worst. What else was there to expect. He kept trying to tell himself it would be okay, he just didn't believe that for a second. He knew something would go wrong, nothing in his life ever went right.
He reluctantly got out of the shower and got dressed in black jeans and a black hoodie with 'Yungblud' written across the front in bright pink letters. As he was about to leave his room he heard movement coming from downstairs. His father was awake. He sighed and picked up his school bag which was new because his old one was falling apart. It had been really expensive, well to Oliver at least. It was £40, which he thought was a lot for a bag, but he wanted to fit in. Yes he was wearing a hoodie with bright pink writing on the front. Yes he was wearing black doc martens which jush screamed outcast, he was trying to be positive.
He walked over to his window and opened it making sure he had his house keys, phone, wallet, etc. He then put his bag on his back and sat on the edge before turning himself round and lowering himself down enough to let go and not break his legs. He took a deep breath and let go of the window landing on his feet bending his legs. This was a regular occurrence and he was very good at landing safely. He put in his earphones and turned on some music before putting his phone back in his pocket. He then held onto the straps of his back and started walking to
