Once Ushijima got back to oikawas house it was quiet, the only noise was the AC kicking on. He went to daisys room and saw her asleep in her bed. He smiled and pulled the blanket over her and kissed her head. Then he went to oikawas room..

The sight was heart breaking, Oikawa was on the floor violently shaking, his hands scratching his face and pulling his arms. He was more than likely in the middle of changing because he was only in his underwear.

Ushijima carefully walked to him, "Oikawa can you hear me?" He got no response, "Oikawa can you hear me?" He tried again but this time a bit louder. Oikawa looked over to him, so Ushijima took that as a yes.

He got down to Oikawas level, "can I touch you?" He saw a shaky nod. Ushijima pulled Oikawa onto his lap putting Oikawa to where he could hear Ushijimas heartbeat. "Try and match your breathing to mine.." Ushijima said rocking home slightly. Oikawas breathing finally became normal, but he was still crying.

"Would you like to be in your bed?" Oikawa nodded.

After Ushijima laid Oikawa down he did everything he could to make sure that he was comfortable, he tucked Oikawa in, and handed him a pillow to hold, he gave him ice water right next to him on his night stand, he turned in the tv and turned it to one of his favorite channels. Then turned out the light but left the lamp on. "Get some sleep Oikawa, I will still be here in the morning." Reassuring him that he wasn't leaving.

Ushijima called tendou

Tendou, did you know that Oikawa has panic attacks, but even though he is panicking he makes sure his daughter won't see him in that state and that's why he has such intense ones from suppressing it.
