Just a really short oneshot/headcanon QvQ
Alright this is an AU in which there is no volleyball and they are older. Like early 20s ig (they still went to Karasuno just not to play volleyball)
Also, Kags hit like a growth spurt so he's now the second tallest
The heights (this has to do with the story):
Hinata: 5'7 (172 cm) lmfao he's short
Kageyama: 6'2 (188 cm) thats pretty ok
Tanashi: 6'0 (182 cm) doesn't say specifically so here ig
Tsukki: 6'4 (195 cm) mf only grew like 3 inches but thats ok
Btw "Yama-Yama" is what Hinata calls Kags and Tanashi when he's talking about both of them
Tanashi sighed, blinking furiously. He was really tired, he and Hinata had overworked themselves.
They both knew their boyfriends wouldn't be happy if they knew, so they kept it a secret. The only person that knew was Suga, an older worker.
"You guys look tired."
"Suga, stop with the voices. You already can do a Tsukki voice, why do you need to do a Kageyama one?" Hinata whined. "Good grief, you keep scaring us into thinking we got in trouble for overworking ourselves," Yamaguchi added.
"You guys...what?" Wait, that's not Suga, Yamaguchi thought in a panic. Uh oh...
Tanashi clamped a hand over Hinata's mouth to keep him quiet. "Kageyama, you see, we were—"
"Lying to me? Taking advantage of me? Making me and Tsukki worry?" Kageyama asked. They both fell silent, looking at the ground.
"We're going to Tsukki to tell him what you guys did. Come on." Too tired to argue or even respond, Hinata and Tanashi got up to follow Kageyama.
Once they made it to the top floor, Kageyama fished a pair of keys out of his pocket and unlocked the door. Tsukki barely looked up. "Kageyama, we've talked about this."
Kageyama knew full well what he meant. "I know. But I've figured out why these two have been so tired the past few weeks." Hinata tentatively reached for Tanashi's hand, and he intertwined their fingers.
"Oh, you did?" Tsukki asked, putting down his paperwork, sounding interested. "I did." Kageyama turned to them. "Well?"
They both nervously exchanged a glance and Hinata gulped. I...I don't want to be the one to say it but I don't want to seem weak.
"We're waiting," Kageyama said, clearly on the edge of his nerves. "I...I- we...we, we um...we kind of sort of maybe overworked ourselves a little bit," Tanashi managed to mumble out.
Tsukki's face took on an unreadable expression. "You two overworked yourselves?" he asked. "Y-yes..." Hinata admitted.
Tsukki put down his pen, standing up and pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose. "Well then. I suppose we're going home now." Tsukki pressed a button on his phone to speed-dial the clean-up crew for the weekend *insert blinding lights music here*
Hinata and Tanashi followed their boyfriends back to Tsukki's limo, and got in the very back, whereas Tsukki and Kageyama stayed in the middle. A screen was put up between them, Kageyama and Tsukki were talking, but Tanashi and Hinata couldn't hear them.
"Tanashi?" Hinata asked. "Yeah?" Tanashi said. "I...I'm sorry, I should've taken the blame, this was my idea."
"No, no, Hinata, we both agreed to this, if anything, it's my fault for letting us do it, I should've known better, and that we would've been caught sooner or later." Hinata just shook his head before leaning it on Tanashi's shoulder.
Back at their house (more like mansion but whatever), instead of letting Hinata and Tanashi walk into the house themselves, Kageyama and Tsukki picked them up wordlessly. Tanashi yelped, but mostly out of surprise. Hinata jerked, but he didn't say anything.
They took the two sleep-deprived boys to the master bathroom in their bedroom, and sat them on the counter.
A warm bath had already been drawn by a servant, and two fuzzy towels were waiting. "Can we?" Tsukki asked emotionlessly. Tanashi and Hinata nodded, letting their boyfriends undress them.
Kageyama carefully lifted each boy into the tub, and Tsukki began massaging their shoulders, soothing out their sore muscles as Kageyama washed them thoroughly.
They let them soak in some bubble bath for a couple more minutes before Kageyama took them out one by one and Tsukki wrapped them each in the large fuzzy towel provided by the servants.
Once again, the two tired boys were picked up by their boyfriends. They were so tired, they didn't seem to mind much when Kageyama began kissing Hinata everywhere as he added some lotion to his skin and Tsukki began massaging Tanashi between putting lotion on him.
Dressing them in their own clothes, Kageyama and Tsukki picked up their tired boyfriends and laid them in bed so they could cuddle. "Tanashi? Hinata?" Kageyama asked.
"Hmmnnn?" Tanashi mumbled tiredly. "Have you learned your lesson?" "Mhm..." Hinata murmured against Kageyama's chest. "Can we sleep now?" "Cuddles.." Tanashi whispered softly, intertwining his fingers with Hinata's for the second time that day.
Tsukki laughed softly, which didn't happen very often. "Cuddles it is," he said, putting a hand around his boyfriends' waists and kissing Kageyama's head softly. Kageyama just sighed as his legs tangled with Hinata's and Tanashi tucked his chin close to his.
"Night, Yama-Yama. Night Tsukki," Hinata yawned. "Night, dumbass," Kageyama muttered. "Night." Tsukki said, closing his eyes.
"Night, love you Hinata," Tanashi said, warming Hinata's heart and making his other two boyfriends smile. "Love you too," he said, and they all fell asleep. Together.
This one has 819 words (not including this and the info at the beginning). Most chapters won't be this short they'll be anywhere from 1-3K words depending.
