XANDER'S POV

I keep playing with my phone as we stuck in the traffic. I know it's been the first day of going in Xavier High. Pero hindi naman na June, i just got transfer to that school because of some issues.

As i focus on playing,  mom's phone suddenly began to rang.  I guess it's the company.

"okay papunta na ako diyan,  when i arrive,  hand me the papers for the advertisement. " she said.

Out of the blue napatingin ako kay mommy.  Parang may sinabi siya which was i didn't heard.

" is that okay with you son?" she said.
"what? I'm sorry mom,  i didn't heard"
"hay,  you're not listening.  I said i can't take you to school today because there had been a problem that i have to fix. " she said rubbing her temple." no it's okay.,  i can handle myself" i said as i am preparing to leave the car.

"you make sure to be okay,  and call me when the class ends" she said worriedly.

" i will mom,  bye" before i got out,  i kissed her in the cheek.

As i look at the watch, it's already 7:30
I wonder if i could make it to the school. Not late.

Para akong nag wa-walkathon dahil sa bilis ng lakad ko at hindi ko napansin na may nabangga na pala ako.

"sorry" i said but she didn't respond,  so i decided to walk on my way but then she suddenly shouted.

"hey" i stop on my tracks but i didn't look back.

"do you have a light" she asked. What the!!

Paano niya nasabi yun sakin? Kababae niyang tao tapos maninigarilyo?

Tsk. Tsk. She's something

"no i don't smoke" i said without yurning my head on her.

"tch, okay" she said,  so i continue to walk.

Patakbo kong pinasok ang school perp wala parin. Late talaga ako.

"Mr. Villanueva Go outside, stand straight and hands up.  Don't put your hands down until the period ends! " The teacher said to me.

Great. My first day here is really troublesome. *sigh*

" Dude, you're the transfer student right?" someone asked me.  So i turned to him. His skin is like a porcelain, his eyes were a bit chinky though it looks good on him, and his hair had dark brown colors. His hands were also up like me so i guess he's been punished too.

"yeah" i nodded.

"so where school did you come from" he asked. Even though i don't want to talk, i said where school i  came from.

"oh! Narinig ko na matatalino ang mga students dun. Perhaps anong rank mo? I'm sure kasali ka sa top"

"1st" tipid kong sagot.

"oh by the way I'm Marc, you? He asked.

"Xander"

As we talked about things in this school, someone caught my eye. She was the gir earlier at the overpass. As she passed by to us,  she look at me for a second, she stared at me icily that could sent shivers to me then go inside the room. Don't tell me...

"is she in our class? " i asked curiously.

" yeah eventually, she's popular as Queen of haughtiness "he said smirking.

" Queen? " i asked dumbfounded.

" Hm, she is really rude to everyone. The girls are slightly scared of her. " he said.

" Eh ikaw ba takot ka sakanya? " I asked trying to imagine her doing something to the students here.

" No, but listen to me carefully Xander whatever she do to you, DON'T. EVER. FALL. FOR. HER. TRICKS" his voice became serious.
