Celeste blinked slowly a few times, looking up above her. Her eyes squinted at the harsh sun above her.
Sitting up she looked around confused. How did she get here? Why wasn't she...there? She frowned. Where was there? Why was she there? Why can't she remember?
As she went to stand she hissed in pain and fell to her knees. She was in torn black shorts and a tattered crimson shirt, leather straps led to a collar around her neck connected to a chain choker.
The straps excentuated her..womanly figure which made her grimace. Looking at her arms and legs she understand the source of pain.
She was littered with cuts, scars, bruises, welts. It was amazing she could've survived this torture. She hummed softly to herself.
Grunting she slowly picked herself up, tears pricking in her eyes at the sheer pain of trying to move.
In the short distance she noticed a small building. Based on the sounds and and smell, it seemed to be a place of business.
Hobbling weakly towards the building, she felt a wave of magical energies wash over her. One in particular overwhelmed her senses making her stagger back down to her knees. She pressed her hands to the ground as emotions surged through her body.
Tears broke through and dropped onto the ground beneath her. "W-why am I feeling this?" She whined to herself as blue hair dropped onto her face.
"You okay kid?" She heard causing her head to snap up. "K-kid?" She asked softly taking in the appearance of the man in front of her.
He was extremely tall, short white hair stuck out at all angles and his red eyes were narrowed at her slightly.
"I'm..I'm not a kid." She mumbled. He rose a brow as he took in her appearance.
She's even smaller than the Captain...who would hurt a kid like this?
"Right..and I'm a saint." He said sarcastically and held out his hand. "Up you go. Can't leave ya sittin' here cryin'. Gonna make me look like a bad guy."
Celeste tilted her hand as she looked at his extended hand. "You have a wish to die or somethin'?" Her eyes widened as a voice flooded her head.
"Or do you wish for death so badly little demon?"
"What?" She asked almost fearfully. "I didn't mean I'd kill ya. Don't need that on my conscious. I mean those injuries will get infected."
After a moment of her not responding, the small girl lost in thought over the voice she heard in her head, the man scoffed.
"Alright. Let's go." He spoke a little agitated and scooped her up in his arms.
She squealed and squirmed trying to get out of his reach. For some reason, the act of an unwanted touch sent alarms ringing in her head, panic to race through her body.
"No! Let me go!" She shouted, beating her small fists against his back as her slung her over his shoulder.
"I'm tryna help ya! Will ya stop it already? Why do such small fists hurt so bad anyway!?" The white haired man snapped.
Inside the bar, hearing his fellow sin yelling, the blonde owner tasked his silver haired waitress to send out their customers.
"Do you think Sir Ban is okay, Sir Meliodas?"
"Nothin' he can't handle Elizabeth. Don't you worry." Meliodas said brightly as he patted her on the head. Swiveling his head around as the back door was kicked down he frowned at the broken wood before looking up at the Fox sin.
