It hurts.

It hurts.

Why does it hurt so much?

Why did she leave him?

How did this happen?

He was always here wasn't he?

He always came home, didn't he?

did he?

She left.

Nothing to dwell on now.

Hizashi was a reasonable person, he would say so himself. But this isn't logical. (god, his husband was rubbing off on him. Illogical this, Illogical that) There was no way a ghost was in his house. ("ghost don't exist" his mother always told him when he heard their creaky steps in the night. "if they did, why would they be after you?" she would reason with) It can't happen. No way in hell.

But there he was.

Floating upside down.

Just chilling in his little side of the room. In his own little world. He hasn't even noticed him yet. (why is he here?) Just...chilling.

Hizashi stepped forward, making sure not to draw attention to himself. He should wake Shouta, but he needs his sleep. (to many nightmares. They never stop. Why won't they stop?)

Another step.

One more.

Over and over again, steps were made. To get closer to him.

Closer and closer.

Then the ghost opened his eyes.

His eyes were strange. (so so strange) You could tell they were a toxic like green, or suppose to. They were more of a faded green now. His eyes clouded with white, almost glossed over. (you only see that on dead people, so why did he see that now?) Blood was leaking everywhere, but the moment the blood got off of the body, it faded into nothingness.

(You can't do that.)

The ghost looked up at him, then flipped over so he was right side up once again.

They stared at each other with great interest. They both seemed at a lost for words. It was for the same reason too.

They could see each other.

Humans don't see ghost, that's common knowledge if ghosts were to be real. ('they weren't' Hizashi kept telling himself. Over and over again. It kept his mind from running head first into insanity.)

Izuku has never had someone look at him since he had died (Only Nana). Human eyes were...pretty.

He had green eyes, the human in front of him had green eyes.

Those green eyes look like washed up emeralds. (did his eyes ever look like that once in a fever dream?)

They looked like the forest, full of life and beings. Filled to the brim with everything Izuku wanted in life (the one he used to have) , happiness.

Hizashi took a step back.

He opened his mouth to scream, but didn't get the chance as his husband walked in the hallway door.

Aizawa looked between Hizashi and Izuku, then promptly picked up the phone and dialed the police.
