It was like any other day, but today, it was different. How? Why? Maybe it was the rain and dark clouds, or maybe it was the two bite marks on the side of my neck that was throbbing in pain. Is there anything that I really know anymore? Well, I am in love with this person, or I really should say Vampire.

It was a gloomy Wednesday Morning when I first saw the news. The news that a teenage girl has been found dead, with 2 bite marks on her neck. Everybody thinks that it is a sociopath, trying to make us believe it's a vampire. I mean come on, it IS the 21st Century. There hasn't been a vampire in over 200 years. And even if it WAS a vampire, why would it come to this boring town in lower state Oregon.
Everyone was creeped out that day at school, and the class weirdos that wore black and never went into the sun were looked at a special way. One of those kids, is one I knew my whole life. Every swim class, he was sitting on the bleachers, watching. Every Chorus Concert, he was sitting in the Auditorium with headphones in, watching. Every lunch, he sat in the corner eating nothing, drinking something that looked of kool-aid, watching. What possibly could he want from me. I always was creeped out, but somehow, I felt that he was no danger. I felt that he wouldn't want to do anything to me, and he wouldn't hurt a fly. Why did think this? I'm not sure. Something about him. Maybe it was his dark straight hair. Maybe it was his piercing blue eyes. Maybe it was his tall skinny figure. His name? Chase Hudson.
