Life Isn't Fair

I figured today was as good as any,

To rant to people on the internet.

I'm going to tell you a little story,

Though it may sound like a vent.

Everyone has secrets.

Me, you, bullies, friends,

All of us.

Yesterday I found out a friend has scars.

It broke her world apart.

People judge her,

But I don't know why.

Because we all have something to hide.

Today a secret grew more sever,

As my family tore apart.

I found out my Dad might die today,

All because of his heart.

We don't know anything about,

He's had heart attacks,

And surgeries,

And now I know why.

He didn't tell us,

We didn't know,

But we can't be weak.

Today he won't tell his family,

Not his mom,

His dad,

Or brother.

He never sees them

Neither do I,

And because of that he might die.

Does life seem fair,

In all its corruption?

In the end,

We will be the cause of it's destruction.
