My Little Boyfriend (Nishinoya x Male Reader)

Ch 3 - Karasuno Second Year

You woke up in your usual morning, house smelling of booze and weed. You got up and got ready for the day. You noticed your parents never returned from their late night party but you didn't mind. After getting ready you got your things and left for your first day as a second year at Karasuno High School. You and Nishinoya had met up to walk to school as usual.

"I wonder what new first years are gonna join the volleyball team" (Y/N) had thought aloud and Nishinoya heard him.

"Well you gotta tell me how they are you got it?" Noya asked demandingly. He couldn't attend club activities since his one week school suspension was up yet his club activity suspension was still ongoing.

You chuckled and gave Noya a smile "Will do"

After school was over I went to volleyball practice to meet the new first years and already I walked in on two of them fighting. Daichi and Sugawara were trying to calm them down and Tanaka was setting up for practice so I decided to help him out.

"Hey what's up with the new first years?" I asked Tanaka in a concerned tone.

"Turns out the two of them played against each other in middle school and have some beef because of it" Tanaka sighed. Tanaka and I set up for practice. Soon after Daichi kicked both of the new first years out of the gym until they could get along.

"Who were those first years?" I asked curiously.

"They're names are Kageyama Tobio and Shoyo Hinata" Sugawara had responded in a tone of disappointment.

Kageyama? Where had I heard that name? Like the 'King of the Court' Kageyama? "Kageyama... the names familiar. Suga, was he on Kitagawa First?"

"Yeah, he's the King of the Court Kageyama."

"Don't kids from Kitagawa First join Aoba Johsai? Why'd he choose Karasuno?" I asked and Daichi responded.

"It's because he thought Coach Ukai was still around"

I heard a bunch of bickering coming from the two males outside and it was really getting on my nerves.

"Hey, (Y/N), when's Noya coming back to practice" Tanaka had asked impatiently.

"I've told you many times Tanaka, after his week is over which isn't too long now" I responded slightly annoyed I had to answer this question again.

"And how long is 'not too long'?" Tanaka asked curiously, getting in my face. I backed up a bit from the sudden reaction.

"Well it's about two days now, he'll be back Wednesday"

"Damn I only have two days left of having Kiyoko all to myself!" Tanaka said looking down. I giggled at his reaction.

"Yep, better use that time wisely" I said giggling in a mocking way.

"I got that smartass" Tanaka said pouting.

Daichi left the gym to go outside for some reason and Tanaka and I get an to practice.

"You can do better than that (Y/N)!" Tanaka had yelled to me as he was hitting every water bottle he set up.

"Hey, (Y/N), wanna practice your sets with me?" A soft voice had asked from behind. It was Sugawara. I jumped, a little startled.

"Sure Suga!" I said with a little giggle.

"Cool thanks, oh and sorry if I scared you a bit"

"No it's okay, let's practice" I said walking off with Suga. I practiced with Sugawara on my setting.

"Getting better (Y/N)!" Suga said giving me a big smile.

"Thank you" I returned the smile and continued practicing. I want to become better than Kageyama so I'll have to practice my sets a lot more.
