After explaining his plan on how they'll save Midas, Jules is apprehensive about it.
"Are you sure that'll work? It sounds really really risky." She asks.
Tony nods, confident that it'll work.
"Trust me. If Yinsen could build it with limited resources in a cave AND save me from death, there's no doubt it'll work for Midas as well when I already have the things I need."
With an apprehensive nod, Jules runs off to inform Remedy of her role in the plan to save Midas. The inventor on the other hand dashes through the garage and rummages through his old forgotten things.
"C'mon I know I stopped manufacturing weapons ages ago because of the Ten Rings situation but I'm bound to have at least one of you lying around still." He mutters.
Miraculously, he finds a big briefcase stuffed at the bottom of the pile with the Stark Industries logo, as well as a bunch of warning triangles.
"I never thought I'd be using the exact same weapon that nearly killed me, but it's now or never."
Picking up the contents inside, Tony carries the weapon outside, rigging it to a few devices and aiming it upwards toward the sky.
"Jarvis, when I give you the command, I want you to launch the missile at the Authority, straight through the entrance point."
"Understood sir."
With his plans set in motion, Tony jogs back into the main building and wait for their backup to arrive so they can make their move against Midas, who is probably ready to make a move on them...

At the Ruins...
Meanwhile, Shadow Midas was ready to wage war against the island and its residents.
"Attention henchmen and shadows, I have an announcement to make."
All eyes turn to him.
"I believe it is finally time for us to get revenge on the people who have wronged me." He grins, the thickness of Midas' british accent slipping through.
Clearing his throat, he points at the ghostly henchmen, clutching their pumpkin launchers and crossbows.
"Henchmen, I'm sure Stark and his band of agents, Midas' agents, will be planning an assult here. So, you shall be remaining here with me."
They all nod, accompanied with groans and other unintelligible noises.
"Shadows, you shall take your huge ranks and attack every single location on the island. Any person you find? Rip out the soul inside them, and watch as your numbers grow."
While they are incapable of speech, their shrill screeches are evidence enough that they understood Shadow Midas' orders.
"I do, however, wish for some of you to stay here with me and the henchmen."
Raising his pickaxe into the air and stretching it outwards, the shadows races out the exit, their shrieks filling the air.
"I will make sure that everyone on this island feels my wrath. You might have won the war, Midas, but you won't be winning this one tonight."
"Mark my words Chaos, Tony and the others will stop you and free me, even if I have to die for it to happen...I promise you'll never get your filthy hands on my kid ever again."
"Hmph, we'll see about that..."
*****************************************
At Stark Industries...
"Alright people. It's time we made our moves against Midas...or Shadow Midas as he calls himself." Tony says, looking around at his band of backup:
She-Hulk
Meowscles
Logan/Wolverine
Skye
And TnTina
"So, what's the plan bub?" Logan asks.
"I'm glad you asked muttonchops. We've been getting reports of the shadows attacking everywhere, especially now." He explains. "Chaos is making his move, so we are too. All of us will be heading straight for the Authority to put an end to this madness."
"So how are we gonna take boss- I mean Chaos Agent down and free bossman?" Skye questions, looking concerned.
"I have a plan devised for that. But if all else fails, I have a plan B in form of an old weapon I made long ago before I stopped manufacturing them."
Everyone looks at each other. "A missile that's going to be targeted at the Authority?"
Tony nods.
"I dunno. I mean, I love me some good explosives, but won't it kill both of them? Midas AND Chaos Agent?" Tina points out.
"In a way. As long as Chaos is out of his head by the time I can reach Midas, I have my plan to help him recover." Tony informs them, clearing his throat. "And don't worry, I'll inform all of you when its set off."
"Alright Tony. Maybe we should be doing less discussing, more moving?" Jennifer recommends.
With confident looks, everyone begins making their departure. Tony begins suiting up, just as a fully recovered Sophie wanders into the room.
"Mr Stark?"
"Oh, kid. I thought I asked Remedy to keep a watchful eye on you." Tony chuckles lightly through the suit.
"Well...yes. But where are you guys going?"
"To save your friend of course. To be honest, I think he treats you more like his kid than a friend from what I've seen." He admits, patting her back softly.
"Everyone tells me that."
Tony chuckles, the rocket boosters on his repulser gauntlets and his feet powering up.
"Just stay here with Julie bean and medical attention, 'kay?"
"Yes Mr Stark... just...b-bring Midas back safely..."
"I'll try to..."
Tony, along with his team, take their leave and make their way down to the Authority. All the while Sophie can only watch as she's left behind...
...like usual...
Her eyes begin to water as she curls up in a ball on the floor.
"It'll be ok...I just need to have faith in Mr Stark and the others..."

Shadow Midas, and his henchmen and shadows, meanwhile were waiting impatiently for Tony's arrival.
"Ah, there he is."
Tony lands on the stairs just outside the entrance while everyone else joins in from behind.
"Hmm, I see you've brought your best 'fighters' to face me Stark." He acknowledges, folding his arms. Tony glares at him, showing he isn't making jokes this time.
"Sorry you purple carrot but I'm not playing around like last time. We'll bring you down and set Midas free." He informs Shadow Midas, throwing a cheeky nickname at him too.
"I suppose it's about time for a rematch. Henchmen, shadows...show NO. MERCY."
"I'll handle M, you guys deal with the henchmen and shadows. I wouldn't hold back against the henchmen considering they're literal walking corpses."
And so, it was time for a second round...
