LUCENT | Roleplay [ON-HOLD]

+┆Concept.

CONCEPT

⊳ If by any chance you've already forgotten or don't
remember, I did mention briefly before that Lucent
is a little bit different from other roleplaying houses.
Sure, it's still the same "live-as-your-character-in-
our-world" kind of roleplaying, but at the same time
there's quite a difference in the "roleplaying" aspect.

For instance, instead of working together towards
one "goal" or mission, everyone could now have their
own endings.

In conclusion, there is different possible endings or
outcomes for every single character─these are what
we call routes.

Your character would have different choices, and in
these choices they may encounter a glimpse of
different possible outcomes.

And of course, if you want to go with a specific route
(character) you're just gonna have to do your best.

But maybe you're still confused, what's this-so-
called: routes?

ROUTES.
-------- ≪ °✾° ≫ --------

⊳ Routes highly affects the main story line as it does to
your character. As every route differs from each one,
the choices you must pick are also different and it may
vary from your character's own beliefs, morals, or maybe
just from sudden whims of yours, every now and then.

If you have played novel visual games before, then
"routes" might be a familiar term for you. Especially in
romance visual novel games. Like going for a certain
character that you like, and choosing their route. If you
are indeed familiar with it, then you might already have
an idea how these things work.

( Characters that you roleplay with have their own
routes tou can choose to go to, for example. )

In this case, because there's a lot of outcomes that you
can obtain with the characters, every choice that you'll
be making will be vital.

ROLEPLAYING

Here in Lucent, there will be various types of
role playing.

• Lucent Plot

- following the original main plot I made. The plot
will reveal how your character got here, how they
became who they are, learn secrets about this world,
and how to triumph over the main conflict.

this will be done in a "chain roleplay" format in the
comment section of specific chapters involving
Lucent's plot.

• Lucent Characters
(involves routes)

- lucent is also the home of some of my own original
 characters. Some of them are just like your own ocs,
some are also newly arrived to the world of lucent
but somehow connected to it. These characters can
 be your ocs' friend, adversary, or who knows,
maybe  even become more closer  than a friend.

this will be done in each character's dedicated
chapter's comment section (in dm at certain times
when necessary.)

[ There are sub-types of roleplaying when it comes to these characters,
as well as rewards, bonus', advantages, & disadvantages. ]

• Your OCS

- you also have the chance to roleplay with other
people's ocs! Since the plot is set in an AU, where
we all have to work together in order to find
out what we're actually here for and fulfill our
goals, you're obviously gonna have to make various
connection with your fellow people. Beneficial or not.

this can either be done in Lucent Locale or in
certain dedicated chapters in your Zine book for
every oc here in lucent. (more about "Zine" in the
 upcoming chapters.)
