Greyson and Sophie made there way into Nash's house at long last, absolutely drenched from head to toe but emanating an aura of newfound joy and hope.

"What the hell? Is this shit allowed?!" Nash yelled with playful tone.

"Oh the magic of dancing in the rain" Greyson exclaimed glancing over at Soph, undoubtedly a mess but still glowing like an angel.

Nash helped bring their bags up into the spare bedroom and let them clean up. Greyson and Sophie showered together to save time and got dressed, applied cologne and perfume and looked ready for a vogue photo shoot. They both had a propensity to value fashion and style.

They made their way down to the den fitted with two long couches facing a massive flatscreen.

Nash and Ivy cuddled up on one of the sofas covered in soft fluffy blankets as Greyson grabbed the biggest blanket and cuddled with Soph. We turned on Netflix and watch the most recent true crime show.

After an hour passed by Matt started blowing up our phones wanting to know if he could come smoke us out. Since none of us had any responsibilities the next day, it was a unanimous yes. Not even thirty minutes later we hear a banging at the door, Matt of course and he let himself into the den with two blunts and a lighter in hand. Matt sparked one up and started the rotation clockwise and sparked the other blunt up and started a second rotation counterclockwise. After I took two hits I offered it to Soph and gave me a skeptical look.

"Come on baby, there no pain, just pleasure with this and remember... I'll be here for you." Greyson pleaded.

Sophie gave in and started hitting the blunt until the other one was coming our way. After finishing off the weed all of us were faded as hell. We laid comatose on the couches and Matt squeezed his way in between Soph and I, since I was high, I truly didn't mind. We all drifted away into dreamland for a few hours when Sophie's mother called and awoke us.

She made her way upstairs, drank some water and began conversing with her mother who is an absolutely unfit to be a parent. After minutes and minutes of arguing things settled down and Sophie hung up.

"Is everything okay Soph." I whisper as I wrap my arms around her and comfort her.

"I'm a good person, whose been dealt an unfortunate set of cards in life but it made me the resilient person I am today Soph proudly stated."  But you Grey... you are the sun that pierces through the darkness." Soph said on the verge of tears before collapsing into his strong arms.

Between the breaks of her voice, Soph confided in Grey and told him the unfortunate news that she is permanently kicked out of her house without warning due to her erratic, irresponsible behavior like going to that party and going off with Greyson.

"You know, but maybe this isn't just all bad. Sometimes awful things have their own kind of beauty and I believe in the power of love." Sophie continued with a voice full of hope and conviction.

"This situation, all of the negatives have nullified one another and borne a positive situation in my life, that being... you." Sophie's big blue eyes met Greyson's hypnotic gaze.

Greyson pulled Sophie even closer pressing their bodies as close together as possible and held her head up with his soft hands.

"Sophie, close your eyes and believe, somehow, someway in this vast universe everything will be okay. Within a few silent seconds after that his lips came crashing against hers, and for one last moment, everything was simple and perfect
