Author's POV

Deus had called everyone to the Causality of Cathedral to talk about the Eight diaries and the way the diary functions.

"Her diary is very different from you all. Her diary has can make any normal person's phone she chooses into a future diary." Deus explained

"Right now she has made Kousaka Ouji's phone into a diary." Deus continued

At this moment even though they were not in the Casualty of Cathedral Kosaka, Akise, Mao, and Hinata had figured out that Eight was the host that would share her diaries power with everyone.

Back at into the Casualty of Cathedral Y/N was not paying attention to Yuno at all and was focusing on what Deus was saying about the diary of Eight and her diary power. Yuno instead was not paying attention he was staring at Y/N who felt his stair.

Until the end of Deus's speech, she did not look at Yuno and he keeps staring at her. Deus had then wanted a show them an example of this power which is when he had destroyed Kosaka's diary.

Y/N POV

I wasn't quite sure If I shouldn't even trust Yuno anymore. Even though he is my alpha I don't feel safe around him. I do know if I am apart from him for too long I would start to get weak.

'Maybe I can last out again for a few minutes or even hours away from him'

While I was thinking Akise had walked up to me and said

"If you don't want anyone to attack you I have an idea"

I just agreed with what he said and trusted his judgment. Later that night, when I got home I saw that dinner was already made and my mom wasn't home yet either. I am not sure if he is still here but I hope my mom isn't suspicious of me.

When my mom finally got home she had asked

"Did you make dinner?"

I responded by saying "No I- I mean yes I did"

Since my mom knows me in and out she was looking at me weirdly and said

"Whatever you say"

We kept eating dinner and my mom asked

"You have been getting in a lot of interactions with the police. Can you explain to me why?"

"I have been uh- I will tell you later," I said looking down

The Next Day

Nishijima-san took us to Kosaka's family estate.

"We are here to cut off the power so that the Eight diary owner can be stopped," Nishijima-san said

When we entered the mansion we were beginning to deactivate the power. The estate's power suddenly shut off.

"Sweetie I'm here calm down. I'm sorry" I heard someone yell from below us

I looked down to see Yuno with his glowing pink eyes.

"Yuno! What are you doing here?!" I yelled down

"I am here to show you my love" he yelled back

I was pulled back by Akise who said

"He probably shut the power off so you can give him attention. We will have to deactivate the tower manually. So while we do that you distract him."

"Are you sure?" I questioned

"Yes"

"Okay I'll do it"

They all left to go deactivate the tower while I called out to Yuno

"Hey Yuno come up here so we can talk"

"Okay!" he said excitedly

'I can't do this today'

I got the rope lying on the floor and when he came through the door I tied his hands. This was the only way to stop him from going ballistic again.

Y/N's POV

While I was trying to handle Yuno the apprentice diary owners had tackled down Hinata and Mao. These apprentice diary owners were from Eight and were trying to stop the deactivation of the tower.

The people who had intruded were the Seventh diary owners who are Marco Ikusaba and Ai Mikami. When this had happened looked in my diary and quickly went over there with Yuno on her tail.

"We are the Seventh diary owners and this is our exchange diary."

"Seventh diary?!" I yelled out

The dude then combed his hair out and then made this long curl in the front.

"We can tell each other future and since we are mates our love is stronger." the female said

They then started to come at us and of course, we had to run. We climbed up to try and get away but they were still on our tail.

"Sweetie cut the rope," Yuno said

"No, I can't I don't trust you yet."

"Please do it you might get hurt" he continued

I just ignored him till we got to the next level.

Then a knife was thrown at me which I had managed to dodge.

"You see your lack of trust and," Mikami said then Ikusaba continued

"you have not gained the love we have"

"Let me go sweetie" I heard Yuno say

I am still skeptical about this but I am willing to trust him. I cut the binds of the rope and Yuno had gotten an ax from someplace and started swinging. I was dodging knives from Mikami.

We had gotten down back to the level and there were ash and smoke everywhere.

'Wait we are in a fire.'

I covered my nose and started coughing till a knife swung past and cut my cheek. I knew who it was but I couldn't see who it was.

"You let the man do all the work. You are letting him protect you when you should be protecting yourself" Mikami said

"I am protecting myself"

"Haha don't make me laugh," she said throwing another knife which I dodged

I ran to the knife and grabbed it from the wall. I ran back at her and swung it that left a gash on her arm.

I looked to see Ikusaba charging at me to only see you come behind him about to hit him. A knife swung by and cut Yuno. Yuno had gotten back up and charged at Makami till Ikusaba took the hit and got cut in the arm.

I went over to check on Yuno's cut which he smiled at my affection for him.

"Your love is fake" I heard Ikusaba say

"They have our diaries," Yuno said

Seventh had run off with our diaries. I helped Yuno up only for me to fall. He picked me up and said I should get checked. Minene-san had helped me with my injuries.
