As the days draw nearer to February, there's one thing people have in mind. That would be the famous event for couples and love confessions, Valentine's day. Meanwhile, the girls in Sakura Gakuin love to exchange chocolates to share their joy and appreciation for their friendship.
However, strange things happen in Sakura Gakuin.
Sitting in the common room of the Sakura Gakuin Dorm are Isono Rinon, Ooga Saki, Okazaki Momoko, Asou Maaya, Hidaka Marin, and Yoshida Soyoka. The third years and the two younger elementary students sit on the big sofa. The "Kanagawa twins" sit on the floor and grab candy from the coffee table at the center. A Valentine's day advertisement from a chocolate brand plays on the TV. This grabs the interest of Maaya.
"It'll be our first Valentine's here in Sakura Gakuin," said Maaya. "I wonder what chocolates I'll be giving everyone."
"Rather, what chocolate the others will give us," Momoko added, trying to avoid the topic of making homemade chocolate for everyone.
"Oh, that's true! Many, many chocolates from everyone sounds wonderful," continued Maaya. "But making chocolate sounds much more fun. Besides, we put our love into it."
Momoko let out a mental sigh. She doesn't want to make chocolates, she's not good at it. Eating chocolate is what she's good at.
Saki laughs at their conversation. She thinks to herself about how glutinous Sakura girls are. But it can't be help. As girls in youth, sweets are the best food. Well, she can't speak for all but it certainly is true in Sakura Gakuin.
Rinon, however, grimaces on the thought of Valentine's day. Not because she has no interest in romance but because of her memory of it, which she remembers little of.
"It's not something to be excited about," warned Rinon. "Weird things will happen here."
This scares Soyo and Marin.
"Weird?" Soyo asked.
Rinon gives Saki a look to signal her. Saki stares back confused. Suddenly, the signal gets through her. "Ah! It seems it's story time as part of your education as a Sakura girl."
"A Valentine's story?" Marin asked with excitement.
"Someone asked one of the senpais out!?" Squealed Maaya.
To answer their questions, the Education Chairman faced the Student Council President for help. Only the President and Talk Chairman actually knew what had happened on Valentine's day in the Sakura Gakuin dorms. Neither of them, however, bothered to explain it to the other members as they all lose their memories relating to Valentine's in the dorms until they graduate apparently.
Rinon slowly looked at the other members. "Not exactly. Let me tell you guys since me and C-chan are the only ones who know."
"Eh, but Rinon-chan is forgetful," commeneted Momoko.
"Not when it comes to Sakura Gakuin," defended Rinon. "Although, I only remember what happened with class 2011. Anyways, let me say it or else I will end up forgetting it."

As the New Year passed, the Sakura girls are busy recording for their new album FRIENDS. For one of their videos, Marina was given a magic wand. The teachers allowed her to bring it back to the dorms as a souvenir for her to play with. But no one knew that when it was in Marina's hands, magic truly came out of it. No one except Marina herself knew about it.
Now, Marina, having a creative mind, thought of a way to put this magic wand to use. She fused the wand and its magic to the Sakura Gakuin Dorms. What would happen next, she wasn't sure of. In her pure and fantasy mind, it would work maybe to her will at times in strengthening the bond between the girls. Other times it would grant wishes for the girls. But what happened in Valentine's season that continues to happen in the dorms today, she had no intention in that.
