Chapter 4

                                                               Chapter 4~ "Unwelcomed Reunions" (Part 1)

The entire week I spent with Xavier and he was about to have to go to the other pack houses to visit. I was almost to the point where I could start conversations on my own with him and I kept my distance from Mr. Flacon without letting Xavier know why, just as Trent had instructed.

"Jasmine" I turned to him as I sat looking out the window with a warm blanket around my shoulders.

"Yes?" I said turning back to see the snow fall gently to the ground.

"I will need to leave soon for Chicago. I want you with me"

My nerves shot up my spine fast making me nearly gasp for what little air was taken by the cold air from the window.

"I thought, you wanted me here, Away from public eyes?" I retorted.

"I have my reasons, get ready. My Jet leaves within an hour" he instructed.

"Yes" I reluctantly stood up from the chair and put it back under the table.

He said the other houses were in Chicago and the other was in Washington. That was far but I guess it only meant that he wasn't his pack to spread further. Anyway, going back to Chicago for me would bring back memories, ones that I was slowly putting behind me. The chances are Chi-town was big and I wouldn't run into that pack ever again.

Lay had already had me packed and I guess it was Xavier who was going to tell me about the fact I was going with him and they knew before I did. I put on some white boots and some black and white velour jump suit with extra thickness for warmth. Lay and Trent pulled the SUV around and his brother or whoever helped us to the car with the bags, Xavier wasn't touching them. I got in and the younger brother helped me.

"Have a nice trip Luna" he smiled.

"Thank you Vince" I said and nodded shutting my door.

"Don't talk to him" Xavier said and I glared at him and I gently nodded.

I buckled my seat belt up and Xavier got in my on his side as Trent drove us to the secluded airport. I was quiet the whole time when I felt Xavier grab my hand and I pulled it away fast. He growled and Trent looked back at us fast.

"Keep your eyes on the road" he demanded.

"Yes Alpha"

"That's right Trent!" Lay said rolling her eyes.

"Baby what?" He said whispering.

"Handle your personal shit somewhere else, we are working now" Xavier's voice interrupted the whole fight.

"Yes Alpha" They both said.

"Jazz" he said and I turned my head to him. "Do not do that, I touch you as I please being your Alpha mate" he corrected me and I swallowed before speaking.

"I'm....I apologize" I lowered my head and he turned to me lifting my chin from reaching my chest as it fell.

"We will not be staying Trent, but I need you to watch Jasmine at the hotel while I am in the meetings." He looked up at him moving his dark glasses so that he could see his eyes.

"Yes Alpha" Trent replied.

He looked back to me and I was playing with a lock of my hair biting on the end of it. "Don't do that, if you want something in your mouth come here." He looked me up and down and licked his lips staring at mine.
