"Bakit hindi ka na nag-reply kanina?" Pagalit na tanong ni Mika.
I closed my eyes tightly and massaged my temple. Here we go with her pointless rants again. I sighed and tried to calm myself before responding to her.
"Tinawag na 'ko ni coach. Hindi ko na nabasa yung reply mo." I boredly said as I sit at the couch. I'm so done for today. Pinagod kami masyado ni coach sa practice.
"Paanong hindi mo mababasa yung reply ko eh diba may 5-minute water break kayo? Kakatext ko palang sayo non ah?" She continued blabbering. Can't I have a break from this? I'm so tired to hear her rants today.
I said almost losing my patience. She's been always like this. Always been so suspicious of my actions. She's so possessive! At first I find it ideal, pero habang tumatagal, unti-unti na kong nasasakal sa ugali nya.
She said suspiciously. I rolled my eyes as I started to get irritated with her questions.
"So what are you trying to say? Ganun ba?" I said impatiently, completely losing my patience.
"Wala akong sinasabing ganon, Tristan!
I immediately cutted her rants.
I ranted non-stop.
Hindi ka man lang ba napapagod kakatanong? Kakaisip ng mga bagay-bagay? Kasi ako pagod na pagod na ko!" I exploded. I saw her stilled but I didn't stop.
I shouted frustratedly.
"You know what? Just go home, Mika. Please give me a break. I'm so tired from the practice and then there's you..." I can't almost finish my sentence because I don't know what to say anymore.
"O-okay. Pa-pasensya na. Saka nalang kita ka-kakausapin. Pahinga ka ah." She said softly and tried to kiss me but I turned my back at her immediately.
"Lock the door when you leave." I said coldly and went to my room.
I woke up next morning feeling light headed. I had a good sleep last night. After having a fight with Mika, she didn't text me anymore. Good thing she didn't though, ayaw ko pa syang kausapin pagkatapos ng sagutan namin.
I opened my phone and immediately smiled when I saw a text from Trisha.
From Trisha:
Good morning, babe! How's your sleep?
I smiled widely as I typed my reply at her. Yes, I'd been seeing another girl aside from Mika. Trisha is like a breathe of fresh air.
That's weird.
It's been three days since Mika and I had a fight. From that day I haven't received any messages from her. I can't help but get worried. That's okay though, palagi kasing nanonood si Trisha. Baka magpang-abot pa sila.
